We offer three home watch packages to give you peace of mind when it comes to your vacation property through regular on-site inspections that include plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. We look for leaks, pests and mold, which can be present in homes left alone for even short periods of time. But we also do so much more.

Our vacation rental homes are located in Port Charlotte, Rotunda West, Englewood and Placida.
Rotonda offers 99 Holes to choose from that challenge all skill levels. Rotonda has been awarded a "Beginner Friendly Certification" from the National Golf Course Owners Association as well as the Charlotte Sun Herald's Reader's choice award for being the best course in Charlotte County. Rotonda Golf & Country Club has five golf courses: The Hills, Long Marsh, The Palms, The Links and Pinemoor.

Disappointed in the home watch service. Received invoice for services 10 months after service with no detail. Often interior inspection lasted only 4-5 min for a 3000+ sq ft home. Frank didn't return text messages 1 week prior to hurricane to confirm he would roll down one hurricane shutter (I had to call a neighbor). Frank would only communicate in writing (text messages) once I indicated we were ending his services.

They were quick to response to a last minute vacation rental booking and I really appreciated it. Southwest Florida, particularly the Charlotte Harbor & Gulf Island areas are a wonderful place to spend your treasured vacation time. My wife and I plan on eventually retiring in the Port Charlotte / Englewood Florida area and wanted to purchase our home now, as the home prices have rising steadily over the last few years. Retiring in this area was a “no brainer” as we will be only minutes from the beach, several excellent golf courses and numerous restaurants, cafes and diners, as well as few boat and Jet Ski rentals.
