Together we offer a one stop service from finding you the perfect piece of land to building your home. Your home will be designed after your meet with a local architect, then permits are applied for. After construction begins each stage of the home being built is monitored daily by Kimco Construction and we keep you updated on its progress along with photographs until its completion date.
Once you have purchased or built your dream home, our team of interior designers can help you furnish your new home. Many of our buyers are located overseas, so do not have time to do on their own and would much rather walk in the front door to a beautifully furnished home. Yes, there is a telephone and high speed internet in all homes. Most units have free local and US/Canada long distance calls (except studios). The telephone number to the property is given with your directions and arrival instructions. Most homes have wireless internet or at the very least ethernet connection.

August 2018 - poor customer care provided by Lesley & Taylor when we were confronted with a rental villa which was in a substandard state of cleanliness, safety and general condition. Communication at the time was average, with little effort made to rectify issues, whilst contact since has been less than sympathetic, understanding or satisfactory; being well below par based on our numerous past experiences when visiting the US - simply the worst company we have unfortunately had the misfortune to have been involved with - never again!.
