Stayed here once a year for about 4 years now. Loved the easy access to the beach, the views, and the pool has always been warm and good for when the ocean isn't the right condition. Staff is friendly, and my family has even made friends with some of them. Everyone there is always pretty nice. Only complaint is lack of towels in 12C. Overall, great place that I love staying in

Poor customer service. We had a destination wedding in Englewood and the majority of our guests stayed at the Castaways for convenience of the location, but we will not stay again. Debbie was very rude to guests of the wedding. She had a very hostile and defensive approach. They even had room inspections for all of our guests the morning after the wedding. Accusing us of being disrespectful, but never gave us a reason why or even just asked us to do anything different. A resident of the condos would follow our group around and accused us of smoking on the premises when it turned out to be a light

Pretty disappointed with our stay. For $1600 we couldn’t turn the A/C down below 75, constantly had issues with the toilets flushing, and were pretty underwhelmed with the cleanliness and the literal trailer park next door with hostile neighbors. We Spent over $100 in cleaning fees but Joan hired a service that couldn’t handle a few unused diapers we forgot. We definitely liked Englewood and the restaurants but we’ll put more effort into finder a better place to stay if we come back.

The view you can't beat it. Prime location. Powdered sugar beach. Dolphin display multiple times daily. Sunset's were picture perfect every night. Loved loved loved the accommodations and panoramic view from every window looking out at the beautiful ocean. The pool had been the most temperature perfect I had ever been in. Just perfect! King size bed and very comfortable. Will be making plans on going back very soon! Highly recommend. Never want to leave!
