I feel compelled to write a review. I rarely write them. The office staff and maintenance staff here are amazing! Each and everyone of them! In random order, but feel every helpful name needs to be mentioned. Tony, Bill, Lisa, Ashley, Bo, and Kathy. (If I missed anyone I so apologize). This group of people are extraordinary in their work performance. Thank you all for everything you do. I am very appreciative!

I have lived here for a few years now and it has been a great experience so far! The office and maintenance staff always go above and beyond. If you have any maintenance issues Bill and Tony are always ready to help out and have great positive attitudes - just the other day I had a work order in and Tony came over right away. Lisa does a wonderful job keeping the grounds clean and always makes time during her busy day to stop and say hi to my pup Kona when we see her out. I have not met everyone in the office but Kathy, the community manager and Beau, a leasing consultant, have made sure my apartment

Been at the commons for a couple years and nothing but great experiences here. Great customer care and staff is awesome! Bill and Tony are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly if any issues ever arise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to live!

We moved in a week ago and everyone here has been amazing, Beau was very helpful in getting us through the lease process, and he is always available when we call.
Toni Tran has also been outstanding fixing a couple of items that needed attention, He was there the next day and took care of them. He is very professional and polite. Thank you

Bill is the BEST. I had an emergency maintenance issue on a Friday night and he came right over to fix it, with a smile. He was kind, patient, and fixed my issue immediately. I am so so grateful to live somewhere with amazing staff like him. Thank you Bill, thank you. I appreciate you, and you deserve a raise!

Tony is the most amazing maintenance man I have ever encountered. He fixed my issue in no time. Such a great personality. He did an outstanding job with a smile. I have never met someone so happy to help anyone with an issue. He makes you feel like he is helping family out.

Dunedin Commons has solidified itself as my default recommendation for anyone looking for residency in the area. The entire property management team is to be commend for their overall quality of service. The property itself is also excellent and the amenities are first rate. When submitting a maintenance request, Tony is amazingly responsive, genuinely caring and effective.
This place has earned every bit of my sincerest gratitude. If you can live here, it's my advice that you do so and sign the longest term lease available.

We have lived in our apartment since the building opened and have been very pleased. The facilities offer a number of amenities including gym, pool and pickleball court. Any maintenance issues are promptly attended to and Robert is always pleasant and helpful.

We have been living at Dunedin Commons since June and so far we really like it. What I like is that our neighbors are generally friendly and quiet, the staff and management have been friendly and responsive to any issues that we've had. It's nice having a parcel package room included in the rent so that packages aren't sitting in front of your door… or are not delivered. And so far we haven't had any issues finding parking.
