We help busy working professionals regain control of their bodies and build up their strength so they can level up their lives in Colleyville, TX. You start with good intentions, stick to a program for a few weeks and then find yourself getting bored, losing motivation or not seeing the results you'd hoped. You want to break out of the cycle but you're not sure how. Shatter unhealthy lifestyles, avoid chronic diseases, unlock movement, and eliminate pain. We don't use: Gimmicks, Crash Diets, or Over Training.
Services
The DTSOF JumpStart Program is your first step after your initial session with a coach. This program is designed to help you start where you are so that you can accomplish your goals at step by step and at YOUR pace. The Journey begins with a 1-on-1 session with a professional coach. Here you will talk goals, expectations, and undergo a small fitness evaluation to determine the best course to help you accomplish your goals.
DT60 is 60 minutes of Coach led group training and when you're ready, can be performed at a high intensity. Workouts combine a variety of total body movements that strengthen and sculpt the body while increasing cardio, endurance, and flexibility. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
Yang Yoga is usually described as a more traditional practice (Ashtanga, Hatha or Vinyasa Flow) that focuses on strength, stability and stamina through active poses and flow sequences. Yin Yoga is a slower, internal and reflective practice where poses are held passively for longer to promote repair and flexibility within deep connective tissues and joints.

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 7 days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment.

Kadimah and his team are fantastic. The attention to detail and how they genuinely watch your every move has made this an amazing experience. I am a few years shy of 50 and haven’t worked out in 15 plus years. My biggest fear was that I would injury or hurt myself. After only 3-4 weeks of training and coaching, I feel great and look forward to the 5 AM workouts. I can’t wait to see how this life change will better me. Thank you, DTSOF!

Great, supportive staff that want to improve your quality of life and fitness while making it enjoyable. I have been here almost 3 months and improved my fitness level dramatically! Classes are smaller, 12 people maximum, which makes it more personal and allows the coach to ensure movements are being performed correctly. Looking forward to more months at this gym!

First time getting personal training, as well as taking legitimate workout classes, and am very impressed with DTSOF. In the classes, I can workout at my (entry) level without feeling intimidated. Coaches are quick to encourage and correct form, if needed, on the spot, because they are attentive the whole session.

I like: The pace, the 3 work stations, the trainer’s interaction and motivation, and the atmosphere. I also appreciate how friendly the staff is and happy to help. It’s quick, intense, but doesn’t destroy you.

What a welcoming gym! There’s a spot here for everyone of all ages and abilities. The workouts are always varied so I never get bored. There are options to be super challenged or to modify movements for all skill levels. The coaching is personalized and truly focused on safety and proper form. And everybody is fun and encouraging. Highly recommend

DTSOF is more than a gym. It is a family. The coaches are excellent and caring. They make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly so that you will not be injured. They also provide alternatives if the workout is not in your wheel-house. My entire family works out here thanks to our son introducing us to this gym. We have all become stronger together!
