Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and fighting technique that is designed to help people of any size defend themselves. It's also a terrific way to tone and firm your body and reap the health benefits of martial arts. Studying martial arts provides you with a physical challenge combined with a mental one - and teaches you to defend yourself, too.
Getting into shape can be a challenge if you don't work your entire body. Studying Muay Thai uses all major muscle groups, helping to give you the strength, flexibility, and stamina you need. There are plenty of workouts you could try, but it can be difficult choosing the one that's going to give you the greatest health benefits and best results.

Our group-oriented approach will have you feeling motivated and also keep you inspired throughout our workouts. Coach Chuck and Beth are awesome. My kids have been participating for the last two years and there are obvious reasons why... the coaches are engaging, supportive, and yet guide kids with discipline to set expectations and responsibilities. Feels more like a gym taught by a family member... very family like. Great class times for the kids. We hope to see you there.

Great coaches that take a genuine interest in you and your children. The atmosphere is fun, but don't let that fool you. Because you will work your tail off! The kids learn teamwork, as well as learning to be accountable for their own actions. The facility is clean and the Coaches live what they teach.

I've been a member of Lucky Jiu Jitsu & Fitness Club for over a year, and I absolutely love it! The coaches, staff and students are all very welcoming and friendly, and I couldn't ask for a better environment to train in. I joined the club in order to stay active and fit, and I'm getting that, and a whole lot more. I feel better and healthier than I have in a long time. As a man over 40, I highly recommend Lucky Jiu Jitsu, no egos or young bucks on the mat here! Whether you're looking for self defense or you just want to stay fit or get in shape, you'll love it here!

Excellent family environment for all ages. Coach Chuck is an outstanding coach, teacher and mentor for the children. He promotes a healthy level of discipline and structure while incorporating fun into all of the activities. Coach Beth is drives here participants to the optimum they can give to achieve their fitness goals. Four of my family members attend here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their physical conditioning.
