Rude. I called your firm about a case. Never got to the point of coming in because of the rudeness on the phone. He ask me about one of my cases i told him one was for dental and one was for fighting for my son. He tells me we dont do that kinda work here. I said okay. Was going ask about fighting for my son and needed a lawyer. But he hang up in the face. I have two cases I was trying to Discuss. So yes rudeness.

He's too busy trying to make money off of as many clients as possible that he doesn't have time to care about your case. Dan Tripathi only cares about taking your money. His negligence is epic. He won't ever take responsibility for his incompetence and endless mistakes destroying the case he was retained for. His retainer bills will keep coming despite him never rendering services for the astronomical retainers and invoices paid in full.
He is dishonest and morally bankrupt in his work ethic.
Analogy: Think of a low life used car

This is possibly the worst law firm in Southern California. Â They were hired to do small simple probate. Â Not only did it take them a year to complete the paperwork, after I gave them the paperwork mostly completed, they did not file the paperwork with the county correctly and it was rejected. Â I had to hire another attorney to fix the issues they created. Â When I started questioning my contact Rose, she started ccing Dan Tripathi. Â Not only did he never respond they both stopped responding when I asked where specific paperwork was and why the only items I could see at the county recorder

Its all abouit the money with this guy and the girls in the office are ripping off clients and Dan does not know whats happening in his own office They double billed me and it was so obvious what shoukld have been a simple reasjustment they pushed it to the limit which only added to more stress and they dont really try to help they just asnser the court .

This is a tough one to review. Some positives, some negatives to land them in the 2 to 3 star category. We had 2 consultations with them that we were not charged for but we were told that we would be speaking with the attorney both times and he was only present on the second consultation. The manager or main office guy, Doug? I think .... told us many things that ended up not being true and the attorney tried playing a lawyer game on us when we had too many questions that he apparently didn't have time for. It was an attempt to get us to sign a contract we were leery about and wanted clarification

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I retained their services on 7/19/18. It's been 6 days and no answers to my questions, I asked these questions on Friday 7/20/18. , They took my money, now they ignore me. I've called them 3 times and each time I'm redirected to someone less important than the last. I've written at least 10 emails, all they give me is the "okie-doke". I emailed them on Monday 7/23/18 and told them my tenant didn't move and I'd like to get the UD done. Today is 7/26/18, NO PAPERWORK, NO ANSWERS. They can't even answer a simple question

Honestly, I was very frustrated when I found out that I had a warrant for something I never did. To make things worse and complicated for me, my case was hundreds of miles away. So, I contacted the Lawyer Referral Service of the Riverside County Bar Association, and thanks to that call, I found Mr. Tripathi and his staff who took care of my problem with professionalism while my case was taken care of over the phone, emails and faxes.
