I am Lucy Caba, your dedicated professional personal trainer. I bring to the table nearly 15 years of experience in many different aspects of physical wellness. I help my clients achieve their health goals, taking a motivational and supportive approach to hold my clients accountable to reach their potential.

Together we will overcome your internal barriers and achieve your physical wellness goals! A little bit about me, I went straight into the Army right out of high school in 1994. While I never saw battle as I was discharged early, I had signed up for 6 years as a Black Hawk Crew Chief (67T) and was stationed in Germany.
Services
All clients on a training program will receive a Free Initial Consultation. The Free Initial Consultation includes a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with Lucy Caba to determine if CabaFit is right for you. All Payments are Due Prior to Services Rendered. Cash, Check, and Venmo Accepted. Credit Card Transactions will incur a 3% Fee.
The customer service at CabaFit is top notch. Nowhere else have I ever had the personal attention that is provided here. The owner tool the time out of her day to talk to me about my goals, my life, my schedule, and what I realistically wanted to commit to. She gave me a customized eating plan that was based off of my blood type.
CabaFit currently utilizes the PhysioFit Texas gym for personal training purposes. However, if this location is not convenient for you, do not hesitate to inquire about our on-premises training services for price quotes and programs tailored to your specific needs. I look forward to working with you!
CabaFit uses many different resources as we are constantly researching the most efficient, and results-driven tools, techniques, and software available for you, our client. As always, if you have any questions, or need assistance feel free to contact us. To help our clients manage their individual, custom nutrition plans we have employed a tool made by What Works Custom Nutrition Software.

Lucy has helped me achieve fitness goals that seemed impossible when I first started working out. Her professionalism and communication skills are just some of her best qualities. She designs workouts and meal plans specifically tailored to me. She is there for me when I need a pick me up, or don't feel motivated to workout. I had tried online coaching before; but never had actual, long-lasting results until I began my fitness journey with Lucy. She genuinely wants her clients to succeed, and thats what I love the most.

I've been training with Lucy for 5 months and not only have I gotten stronger, I've also become more confident. I used to hate leg day(and I still say curse words in my head) but now I look forward to the challenge. But nothing is more rewarding than a good work out and great results. I hired Lucy to virtually help me move past my fitness plateaus and hit new PRs. I could not be more happy with my progress and am in the best shape I've ever been in thanks to Lucy. I have been training with Lucy for a few months and I am loving my results. Lucy has pushed me further than I could have ever imagined. I never knew my strength until training with Lucy. I've enjoyed working out 1-on-1 with Lucy for a couple of months and I would love to work out with her a year or more. I would refer Lucy to my friends, family and anyone looking to challenge themselves in the gym! There are so many reasons I love working out with Lucy! She challenges and pushes me (in the right ways) to get stronger and be more balanced. Her knowledge of how muscles work within the body is impressive. Thanks to her, I've learned so much about how to read my own body! I've been working out for years and no one has ever been as interested and knowledgeable as Lucy has been. Since having her as my trainer, I've felt better and have seen more muscle definition (what?!).
