Julie and Tony Gonzalez started Essential Property Management in 2006, after spending nearly 17 years working for prominent Management Companies in Miami, Florida. Julie and Tony Gonzalez purchased a property and built a second home in Lake Lure, NC in 2004. They just fell in love with the mountains of NC and couldn't wait to live in the area full time.
