We have recently rented an apartment from Clay at RentWNC. We had a short time frame to find a place to live. When we called, Clay showed us the property right away. We were able to rent it that day. He made note of the few minor repairs needed and addressed them before we moved in. Great experience with Clay and RentWNC

Clay was great to work with. We purchased our house in advance and needed to find a renter for just 1 year. Clay found a renter within 2 weeks and they ended up being great. We had a few issues that needed to be fixed. He was quick to contact us and have his contractors take care of them. I’d use Clay again if we ever need another Property Manager.

For a rental/property management company, they have limited hours to conduct business. They are not responsive to renters. If your move in or move out is not on a weekday before 2PM, you will be charged pro-rated rent until they can get to you. If your water heater or air conditioner breaks down on weekend or holiday, you have to wait until a weekday from 9AM- 2PM to get them to respond. They are in the business to help property owners and renters come a distant 2nd.

As a first time renter in North Carolina, I've found Alle and Traci (Rent WNC) to be very professional and an overall pleasure to deal with.
