In the early 1980s, he worked with a large commercial construction company, where his love for construction began. In 1997, Tom and his wife engaged Erotas to build their family home. He became passionate about the process and was on site daily to help with construction. He was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that went into his home that he went to work for Erotas the following year.
