I really don’t know how there are really good reviews on here. My stay was awful, I used the showers that they provide for you they we’re are super dirty and smell bad, they need maintenance. It’s been about 2 months and they still can’t refund me my money when they said they would. 0 out of 10.

Park was quiet and clean, then admittees we nice. They had great prices. I enjoyed our stay, loved the fact it was only three and a half miles from the beach. Plus, the park is located behind the levee, so we didn't have to move when the storm hit. The people were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Probably the worst RV park I've ever encountered from traveling all over the United States.. trashy is an understatement.. almost every single one of my packages delivered were stolen and the manager said that the renters mail is not her problem.. and my deposit was never returned to me after numerous attempts.. honestly immigration needs to be called on his place...

So 5 guys and myself work in the Freeport area. About an hour south of Houston. We were sent home last Thursday due to the hurricane approaching... thankfully; as we all know what a disaster it has been. We all stay at Kountry Ranch RV Park in Oyster Creek where we usually pay rent on the 1st of each month. The plant we work at has informed us not to come back to work until Sept. 5 due to so many roads being inaccessible and the job site being under water. So the RV park calls us and tells us if we don't have our

Would not recommend this place at all. For one our lot was a sloppy, muddy mess. I slipped a few times on the lot because of all the mud. The bathroom facilities they show on the website hasn't been opened since we moved in here, the laundry room was closed for the longest time and since it's opened it's been closed a few other times and half the washing machines are usually out of order. There's never anyone on site, they stay at the other RV campground. Plus the only restaurant is Domino's and that's not a short walk at all. We chose to move to a different camp site

Do not make a reservation unless you want to lose your money. Called on Dec 21 to make reservation for Dec 26 thru Dec 30. Had to pay in full in advance. The next day Dec 22 due to unforseen circumstances, had to cancel. Was told by manager that owner would have to make the refund, and he was out of the country. Called back Dec 29 to talk with the owner and was told no refund because we had not cancelled 7 days in advance. That was impossible as we only made the reservation 5 days in advance and cancelled 4 days in advance. The crook took the whole amount $231.00. Very unprofessional and
