They say they have amenities, but they have only one washer and one dryer that break down regularly. In a back room, there is a toilet that looks like it’s never been flushed. No I have never had the need to use it. The police come out on a regular basis to one of the residents there. Trash is always overflowing the dumpsters and flying around. After a couple weeks, I picked up some of the trash. I finally found an opening at another RV park and moved. I had to call and text constantly about my deposit. If you are coming to work in freeport there are probably other better places to stay.
1. Things get stolen
- $250 got stolen from my car at the beginning of 2021
- neighbor had $500 of tools stolen
- cameras have been added but things still get stolen. Regardless, the management is not responsible for accidents or thefts. Be careful!
2. Surrounding trailers in nearby lot (back fence) sometimes party loud and shoot guns irresponsibly. This has been brought to PDs attention before.
3. Owner is a guy named Vijay and is only interested in generating profit. Want to get treated like a human? You
