Welcome to Austins Landing RV Park located on Surfside Beach and offering clean inviting sites with 20,30 and 50 amp hook ups. We are located one block from the pedestrian beach and two blocks from the jetty park. We are a few minutes drive from several Industrial plants like DOW, Zachry, BASF, Shintech, Freeport L & G, Port of Freeport and others.

City of Lake Jackson, Freeport, Sweeny, Oyster Creek, Angleton and West Columbia are all with in few minutes of the park. We take pride in a clean park where you can come stay and enjoy and have fun at the beach. Rules Report

Prices are subject to change without notice. All new Guests will be charged full months rate for the first month and will pay rent again 30 days from the booking date. During the second month, tenants will be prorated so their rent is due on the first of the month. Rental rates shall be paid in full in advance of occupying overnight RV Space site.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, walking distance from the beach and jetty. We stayed in spot 11 it was close to everything we needed, dumpster and restroom/shower. That spot is next to entrance expect lots of passing cars. Friendly staff. Only negative was the vending machine wouldn't take our quarters.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The park was conveniently located near several attractions. The host was very welcoming with easy check in and helping us find the right spot for our large toy hauler. We will definitely be back, and have already started recommending the park to others.

Great location and staff was quick to answer and help with any needs. They have additional parking behind the main house that was nice. It is just a block away from the beach and a few over is the big jetty. Was able to accommodate our group of 9 with just a few days notice before memorial day. If it rains before or during your trip do bring big spray because the mosquitoes are quite bad all around the island after a heavy rain.

The grounds were very well maintained and the staff was quick to help with anything I needed. The restrooms were very clean. It is located right near the beach and about three blocks from the jetties if you enjoy fishing. I will definitely stay there in the future and tell all my friends about it.

I appreciate the fact that the restrooms are always CLEAN. I don't stay there but they have always welcome me and I appreciate that VERY much.

We enjoyed spring break 2021 in site #1. Easy spot to get into and out of. We did have to call a couple of times to reset wifi but always very nice and glad to help. We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean. Block away and 3 to Jetty Park. We didn't spend much time at the camper.

Well, I will just say that this is more for permanent residents. They keep a lot of their stuff out on their picnic tables and around their RV. Some of the other neighbors have dogs that run free (that's NOT the RV park's fault, but the residents feed them so...). There are about 6 cats that apparently live in the park, mating, fighting and some fantastically amazing screaming. One cat had kittens and one is fixing to pop. It's a few blocks to the beach on two sides, which is pretty great. The manager was nice. They have another park, Surfside. I think that's the one you want if you are a RV traveler

We will definitely be back!! Has everything you need and it is so super close to the beach !! The location is perfect and the manager really cares about the guests and the time that they have!! Anything you need they are right there for you!!! Very professional management and clean grounds!!
