Services
Our freestanding cottages let you enjoy the Florida Keys in your own space. Each of our two bedroom cottages give you the privacy of your own house while allowing you to enjoy all the amenities of the resort. All have separate bedrooms, private bath, living room and dining area, large outside porches, well-equipped full kitchens, heat and air conditioning, HD TV, wifi, and in room Seattle's Best Coffee service.
Need a room with a kitchen? Parmer's Resort Efficiency Studios are a great choice. We have studios that would sleep just a couple, to those that sleep up to six people. Some are waterfront and all have outside porches. The kitchens are all well equipped and while some have just a cooktop, most include an oven as well.
Parmer's Resort Guest Rooms give you all you need to get away and nothing you don't. Not planning on cooking? No need for separate rooms? Our guest rooms all have private baths, seating outside, a small refrigerator, microwave, heat and air conditioning, wifi, HD TV and in room Seattle's Best Coffee service.
We have 20 boat slips split between the canal and the Pine Channel sides of Parmer's Resort. On Pine Channel, there are three lighted boat basins that fit boats up to 26 feet in length with a draft of 2.5 feet. On the canal side there are three slips that fit boats up to 27 feet with a draft of 2.5 feet.
Brush up on your putting before hitting Boondocks's 18-hole mini-golf or a traditional 9 or 18 hole golf in Key West and Marathon. Backcountry, Reef and Off-Shore Fishing for everyone. A year-round sport in the Florida Keys, you get spoiled by the tremendous variety of fish found in our waters. Known as the most spectacular living reef in North America, Looe Key is just 6 miles from Parmer's.

We checked in the resort for one night on the afternoon of December 20, 2021. The two ladies at front desk were very friendly and nice. When I told them since I need to host a webinar with possible over 200 attendees the next day at 3:00pm and if I can still use their business room after checking out at 11:00am, they told me no problem at all. I was showed the so-called business corner which is also a vending machine room between a laundry room and a dining area, which is fine given this is not a business hotel. Since the dining area is also a lobby and there are several finance consulting services

Peaceful and quite but still close to many things to do (driving distance). Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. This is not a new resort. Was probably built in the 50/60s but it is well maintained. so if you want new then this ain't for you. If you like a nice relaxing base of operations to head out and explore for the day to explore then I would highly recommend.

Looove here. Breakfast really good. We got a one bedroom suite which was the previous owner's residents, full kitchen living and dining two story. Home away from home with a beachfront view. Hammocks and outdoor games adds to this relaxing hidden gem. Walking out to the little pier in the night is so soothing and centrally located to several great restaurants.

The place is not bad. But paying $3400/Cottage for a week, it could be a lot better. They are trailer houses dressed up with siding, there are no ice machines for fishing, there are not enough boat slips so u may have to put ur boat on the trailer everyday, docks still damaged from hurricane. It just seems for the money, there is no high end at all. Going back to single family rentals.

Nice hotel with a little bit of old Florida and keys feel. The hotel really nice staff. The location is great. I think they have kayaks and bikes - we brought our own - but they have a pier you can go into the water with. They have snacks and a breakfast included. Rooms are decent. It’s not the ritz. But they aren’t charging ritz prices. They have around 36 rooms so a lot of options depending on what you need. This is a great location if you want to go to the lower keys and not exactly key west. There is a lot to do around here. We will be back for sure! It’s a great hotel for the price!

What should be considered a hidden gem, this 'resort' should simply just be hidden. From the onset of booking I thought it was way overpriced but we and our traveling friends were determined to get this vacation in and other options were limited at best. It is a smaller mom and pop type place that has plenty of potential, however it does not live up to any of it.
Boat dockage is inherently risky as there is plenty of coquina rock taking up space way too close for comfort. Dock access is very shallow, often resulting with props kicking up ground. It does not appear to have been

We were not impressed, as we travel to the keys about 6 times per year, we know the keys.
The cleanliness was not up to par, no daily cleaning of your room included ( you had to pay extra for that service ), the fridge temperature was 65 degrees on day 1, and took 3 days to cool down. The pool is only open until 8PM ( it's still light out) then they pad lock the gate. You have to go to the front desk every time you want/need clean towels, and the furniture looks as though it was someone else's hand me downs. For what you pay, absolutely not worth it.
Then the management, Rude, Rude

I'm a little hesitant to write this review because it's a hidden gem & we want to keep it to ourselves! However, it's time to spread the wealth, don't walk, run to this place. It is in a great location & it truely has the resort feel to it. With all the great amenities & the great room we had, very fresh & extremely clean, the best part, believe it or not, was the customer service. Everyone there was so nice but we had a special bond/experience with Annette, from the calling to the arrival to the good bye, she was there all the time & made sure we were having

This could be a long review so bear with me as I relay the facts to keep it short. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.
After taking into Covid 19 concerns, and looking for a US destination that won't imposed a travel restriction, I turned to Florida. The Keys, and more specifically "Little Torch Key" hidden in the middle. It was so cool I couldn't believe my eyes.
In my research I turned up Parmer's resort. After a few conversations I was sold. You need to look at the website. It was my Honeymoon and I wanted privacy, and health safety.
The grounds are continually maintained in immaculate

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was fine, property was scenic and well-maintained. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and fresh-smelling, loved the big shower, and loved the balcony. We were able to take advantage of a fridge and the gas grill.
Your room selection will matter when you stay at this location. Owed to the increasing cancellations because of COVID-19 (note this was written in March 2020) the manager surprised us with an upgraded king room with a balcony water view (Flamingo), which we very much appreciated. I am sure the improvement in the room helped

My boyfriend and I chose to stay here for the first time on our week long vacation to the Keys. We chose it because of it's location and available accommodations. What a great spot, it's absolutely perfect for us. We are spoiled and stayed in the "Palms" condo and it's like a palace! Two floors, two giant screened in balconies, giant kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It's unreal. I've fully enjoyed hanging out on the balconies. The second floor is perfect for watching the sunrise.
Love the layout of the property, every building seems to have a deck, or balcony.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay at this hotel. I got no sleep at all and left the hotel after one night. My room had no window and no ventilation. My head was about 20 inches from a cheap air conditioner that was as loud as a jet engine when it switched on and off throughout the night. It was a horrible night and I would NOT recommend or stay here again.
Shame on me also for not doing my research on the location of the hotel and my room. I had a view of the road, and was across the street from the main hotel and the views of the canal. With so many beautiful hotels in the keys, I&apos

Stayed at Parmers in late January and had an excellent stay! Staff was very helpful with meal and excursion suggestions. One they suggested was a fishing charter and the captain picked us up right from the dock at the resort. Grounds were clean and relaxing. We stayed in the Flamingo room which was very comfy with a great view of the water. We are eager to visit again soon!

Good place to stop by before Key West
Pros:
Easy access from US -1
Not far from grocery store and restaurants
Private access to the shore
Private parking
Decent breakfast
Cons:
Small rooms
Very basic amenities
High price for what you get (cheaper than Key West)
No housekeeping
You will save money by staying here while exploring Key West (30-40 min drive). If you can afford $50 more you might get a decent place in Key West itself

Stayed here just one night and left happy.
This isn't a fancy resort nor is it a motel...it's a happy in-between place to sleep for people who are easily satisfied by the simple things in life (read: high-maintenance white girls need not apply).
When you drive in you'll see the office straight ahead and several little cottages scattered throughout. This place is right on the water and they have their own little "beach" with a couple huts, plenty of places to sit and relax, a couple hammocks, a deck, etc...felt like lakeside camping honestly. I'm pretty sure they
