I am in love with the new development in Franklin, WI. The name of the property is Knollwood Legacy Apartments and it's gorgeous! The units have all the bells and whistles and there are still units available for Jan 2022. I am excited for the attached two car garage, in unit laundry, high end finishes in the kitchen, the spacious floor plan and the price is right! Plus, the grocery store and target are within walking distance. My experience with the owner of the company and his office staff has been great:-) I am super excited to live at this property!

Nice location although 2 bedroom overpriced at 1605 for an older building. My lease was up at the end of July. Had to make a decision about another lease or month to month by June 1st. On June 1st I sent an email saying I would do another year. A week later due to the pandemic my girlfriend found out her position was terminated, so I wanted to switch to the month to month option. I contacted Bodner on June 8th and was told by "Michelle" that was no longer an option because "she already entered it into the system". Not very sensitive about life situations and of course they hiked the rent up another

Horrible...Dont give them any type of Payment until you sign a Lease!! They will try to Discourage you from renting there and try to keep your Deposit/Rent!! All of which is Very Illegal but most don't know and have Prly Lost Hundreds of Dollars to them like I almost did!! Best Suggestion....DNT RENT FROM THEM!!

Where do I start. I started out living as a tenant with Bodner back In 2016. I was new to Kenosha didn’t know anyone and was pretty much on my own. Being a single father I was nervous on where I was going to live. I came across the Kenosha Parc Apartments off of 158 and Green Bay. I asked if once a two bed opened up if I could move into one. They were so helpful and understanding of my situation. It felt like family looking out for you. So then moved into a two bed and till Aug of 2018. I was approached by the office if I wanted to be a caretaker part time.

This management knows nothing about good customer service. Thats why their tenants don’t last very long. I love how every year they bump up the rent with the excuse of its for “maintaining the building”. Yet they fix nothing. When you call the maintenance guy he either is always “busy”, never gets back to you, you have to track him down, or schedules with you to come fix what ever you need fixed then the same day cancels on you. They’re very irresponsible. They dont give you at least a 12 hour in advance notice that someone is going to be coming in your apartment. They’ll leave the

This is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional businesses I have EVER dealt with. I stayed at this property for 1 year and it was a terrible experience. Moving into the property, it wasn't clean inside to say the least, no big deal as we have bleach and cleaning products. The exterior is nothing but unkempt landscaping and in the unfortunate event that it rains.. you will be dealing with a mud show as they pick and choose where they think grass is important. For 11 out of the 12 months my children and I were there, nothing maintenance wise was taken care of.

My nephew lived there for over 10 years and they never fix anything or return calls when you need something but if you are late with the rent they immediately send eviction notices.Terrible place to live in and the rent to shady people. Very unorganized and they dont have records going back to 2004 that they gave a deposit because numerous owners changed.
If questions are asked they get very rude and never get back to you with answers.No one knows what is going on at those properties and the owner is unreachable.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS RUDE! They WILL NOT work with you on late rent. I have also had maintenance issues ever since I moved in and NOTHING has been done about it. Getting the hell out of here once the lease is up. THEY ARE A JOKE! Nice property, sad to see it being POORLY manged.

I had recently called the office to find out a time where I could come in to look at an apartment building. My future roommate had already spoken to someone about an available unit at the end of the month a week ago. So when I called about looking at it, she rudely replied that there was nothing available, I explained the situation and she said "they go fast, so theres nothing available, okay? bye". She was so unbelievably rude, I wouldn't want to live in a place where the staff push people away anyways.
