Don't live here. If you are looking for something around here, I'd recommend Westchester which is right across the street. We live on the top floor and ever since we moved here about a year ago, there is something in the attic that is running around and scratching at all hours of the day and night. A bunch of maintenance requests and contacting corporate personally, still nothing. But they have no problem raising the rent! Find a place where they respect their residents and listens to them. Because Stonegate certainly do not

I lived here from 2017 to 2018 and think overall that this place has one of the best management compared to the other places in Kenosha area. Quick to respond (usually within 12 hours) and quick to dispatch maintenance for my request to fix something. Would definitely come back to live here if my job allows.

Edit: nice try stonegate. I had already spoken to the office prior to posting this review. They are absolutely not transparent with renters and it’s absolutely hilarious they’d try to claim they are. Just another slumlord.
Expect to be nickle and dimed out of every penny you have. Apartment didn’t even come with lightbulbs but we were charged for them when we moved out! The pet deposit isn’t a deposit, it’s for the “privilege of having a cat”. So if they cause any type of damage (light scratches on a doorframe) expect to be charged outrageous amounts. This is on top of the $600 charge

Its a good place to live...i have been here since 2015....i would say if u have the income for staying here , please get a garage in your rent....it helps so much when you don't want to walk around the back of your building plus winter is critical not to have one....
