Petretti Apartments

I have called numerous rules being very nice and Rita is just very rude. I was inquiring about getting a cat and Rita would not give me written proof that we could not have a cat. She was rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I always keep getting hung up on and do not appreciate this. They wouldn’t even offer a cat building to me.

Every time I call this place I always get unfortunately connected to a lady name Rita. She is so mean and for what? She hung up on me asking about policies that aren't included in the lease.. rude.

We lived at the Petretti apartments for 2 years before buying our own house . Amazing people always ready to help out . Great quiet neighborhood and amazing kept grounds . Loved this community and you will too!

I have lived in Petretti for 3 years and I had an amazing experience. My landlord Trish was incredible in the way she managed my apartment. I was always able to get ahold of her for any questions, the maintenance team was quick and efficient if we had any issues. Our toilet tank had a leak and they replaced it within 24 hrs. Same with the refrigerator and when our dishwasher was jammed. They were prompt and always fixed the issue. The prices are unbeatable, and the community is very friendly. The location is perfect, being close to restaurants, schools, and bars or salons. The grounds are mowed

I am the Service Manager at Lee Plumbing, HVAC and Electric in Kenosha. I visited my Lee team at Petretti apartments when they were changing a couple of water heaters this week. This was my 1st time in a Petretti apartment. Hats off to Rita and her team! When I pulled up I noticed the outside is very clean and well maintained. When I went inside it was just as clean from the halls to the basement. You never know what you will find in a basement and in this case not even a cob web- WOW. I never know what I am sending my Lee team into and I never have to worry about Petretti. Thank you Rita for always

I have been a tenant at Petretti Apartments for almost 4 years now. The apartment grounds have been kept immaculate and is consistently being upgraded. During the Winter months the parking lot is kept clean of snow throughout the day and night. Brand new lights have been installed to illuminate and highlight the beautiful inner courtyard which is set up with beautiful places to sit and relax and enjoy your surroundings. Any issues that have arisen for me have been taken care of immediately and without question. Rita Petretti has been great to deal with and answers calls and emails promptly. I highly

This is the best rental place I've ever lived in! The price is lower than comparable places and the 2 bedroom unit is very spacious. The hallway and laundry room is clean and tidy. Another big plus is that the management team is very quick in responding to any maintenance request. I am very happy staying here and would recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment in the area.

Lived here when I was straight out of college for two years from 2015-2017. Had a great experience and treated with respect. When something broke, it was always taken care of. Really quiet community and felt very safe at all times. I miss living here!

Lived there for 2 years with my daughter. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Neighbors are extremely friendly. I worked night shifts and slept during daytime hours, and there were no issues with noise day or night whatsoever. Management is equally as friendly and addresses any issues with the building/grounds promptly. I believe the rent is beyond fair for the square footage and storage, and is very good in comparison to other properties available in the area. Would still be living there, but moved due for work.
