Priority Inspections Inc. is the labor of love of the Silvio family. Ernie Silvio and his sons Dominic and Anthony are all Certified Master Building Inspectors and Hilda, Ernie's wife takes care of the administration of the business. Our family has been immersed in the Inspection, Real Estate, and Construction Industry for a lifetime.
All of our inspection services are performed in accordance with The Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics established by the International Association of Home Inspectors. We adhere strictly to the Professional Standards of Practice in the industry as Master Inspector Consultants. I normally don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I was referred to Priority inspection for a home inspection by my realtor. The house that we will be moving into has a septic tank, well and oil heating system, which I have never used in the past. I was initially worried because I didn't know much about these systems or didn't know what to expect. However once I met my inspector Dom, within a couple of minutes I knew I didn't have to worry anymore. He was super thorough and took the time to explain how things worked, what to look for and additional helpful tips that was needed to maintain

I’ve done two inspections with Priority and was more than satisfied both times. From start to finish; Hilda is happy to help and always very accommodating. Travis inspected a multi family home for my first time buyer; there were plenty of issues with the home but, the information wasn’t delivered in a way that might have jeopardized the sale. Will definitely continue to use Priority!!

I had Priority Inspections, Inc. inspect a condo for me in Warwick, RI.
Travis, the inspector, was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to do business with.
He found items in the attic such as tires which the condo owner had to dispose of. The wiring was faulty & not wired correctly, etc.
He did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the condo inside & out.
There were no surprises: he explained everything to me in detail.
I'm glad Priority Inspections, Inc. was referred to me.
I'd do business with them in a New York heartbeat!
