Randy is an amazing home inspector. He spent 3 hours going over every detail of a very sketchy “completely renovated” house and showed me everything that was done correctly and everything that was not! He did all his “homework” on the house before even coming out to do the inspection - checking with the town hall on permits and history and looking through all public records on the home. Randy is very knowledgeable in the construction field as well as on building code and best practices of contractors. He brought a little robot to go under the deck to look at the footings, joists and hangers

I have used right choice home inspection and was very impressed with the work and report. Randy showed up early and was extremely thorough with his inspection he climbed on the roof for a good inspection and also went thru a tight attic to get a good visual inspection. I've done home inspections before with other companies and you can honestly not compare the level of professionalism. Randy uses all the latest tools and proffessional equipment he used a robot with a camera for the tight spaces that he could not physically get to. In my opinion you he is the best I've seen in this line of work.

Used Right Choice for our home inspection last week. I got there a few minutes early and Randy was there waiting. Immediately got down to business. He got on the roof, went into the attic and inspected everything in the house providing helpful insight throughout the process. Randy was an excellent inspector. His experience in contracting and construction helped him identify a roof that was bowing. We then had a structural engineer further vet his findings in a more extensive assessment. Another inspection company had actually overlooked this detail. Had it not been for Randy this problematic roof may have never been identified. He also will come back and inspect the same home again after for no additional cost. If you don't end up buying that house and need another inspection, he'll offer his services at a highly discounted rate. I would highly recommend Randy and

Excellent service. We had to postpone our inspection twice, but Randy was very understanding and gave us an opening in his diary at short notice. He was punctual, actually arriving before the scheduled time. His new radio controlled robot with video camera was able to reach places in the crawl space a person would not be able to get close to.
He was thorough, happy to answer my questions as I followed him round, and identified straight forward fixes for some deficiencies he observed.
His exhaustive report arrived by email the next day.
