One guy that works here was a horrible freaking idiot who claims he knew more about my electric car than I did. Somehow, my car got stuck on the belt I was following his lead to get it unstuck and he kept cussing me out insisting my electric Ford Mustang had a clutch, a brake and parking brake the stated that he knew more and kept being rude. All… while he was speaking Spanish (I know this because I can understand Spanish phrases)
For that idiot… this ELECTRIC car does not have a clutch. Not only did they ruin me from using them again, but I hope all employees involved are fired.

First time I came here I got the $10 wash. After I got out of the drive through they were supposed to dry my car off and wipe the rims down. They put streaks all over and did not dry it well, went again, got the $6 wash and they didn’t even bother wiping down the back, there was still a lot of dirt on my window. I just tried to go around 1:30 today… and the wash was blocked off, I called them and they said they would be back up and running in an hour. Tried calling again to make sure they were open and apparently they do not answer their phone. This place’s customer service is

DAMAGE WARNING! I am sad that this used to be one of my favorite places since the day they opened years ago. Recently, my rear wiper was not taped down by the cashier and their machine broke it off. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences. I had to ask for someone to tape up my dangling wiper to leave. Other people in Frisco are… commenting they have had damages here as well with no satisfaction. I was sent a copy of their sign stating they are not responsible. AutoSplash Frisco is no longer a caring family owned business.😟 Due diligence is still expected if you want to
