I took my BMW X5 for a Hand Wash and could not have been more pleased with service. One thing that is missing is proper lighting over there and sometimes it is difficult notice any spots without proper lighting.

Scheduling was easy. I dropped my car off at the mall for a Flawless + Ozone and the car was cleaned in the estimated time. Real impressed with the work - my car hasn't been this clean in years!

They are definitely the BEST in the business! I am so particular about my car and I want to keep it extremely clean. Eco Car Spa went above and beyond to make my car look AMAZING! They give the words "auto detailing" a whole new meaning. The customer service was outstanding. They thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out AND for a reasonable price! I won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

Update: thank you for responding by phone but my frustration is that I paid you and got back a scratched paint coat. Luckily I have a protection plan through the dealer that will fix it but what a hassle to deal with over your poor work. I do not recommend this business on that basis and because you won't take responsibility you put the blame back on me. Hopefully this feedback will help you improve services and save others the frustration in the future.

I bought a 2017 car from Carvana. They delivered it with streaks on it, mud under the wheel wells, etc. In other words, they did not clean it. I searched for a detailing shop and found Eco Car Spa at the mall. I spoke with the owner, Adam. He got me scheduled for the next morning because my "7 day" was coming in 2 days and I needed it done quickly. They detailed the whole car in just a few hours. When I picked it up, it was like I was getting into a brand new car. I don't think it had ever been polished til now. When I was driving home, I noticed the metallic blue paint on my side mirrors was sparkling

Very professional and they did an amazing job with my SUV inside and out. It hasn’t been this clean since the day I bought it… which is a loong time ago. Save yourself the time and headache and use their service instead of trying to DIY it!!! Highly recommend!

$15 experience for &50.
Went after reading good reviews but nothing work right for me from when I reached at the appointment time. No one was there finally after texting someone showed up promised car will be ready in an hour. When after one hour I went to check on car they had not just started on the car told me 20 more minutes and did a rushed job that I could have got it done for $15 at a regular car wash. I will not waste my money at this place.

Online it said that the service I wanted was 1-3 hours. When I arrived, I asked again just to make sure. The guy told me 2.5 to 3 hours, but assured me that it wouldn't take long because my car wasn't very dirty.

A little over 3 hours later I get a text saying they're JUST STARTING the interior. The guy tells me it will be just one hour longer.

2 hours later I get a text saying my car will be ready in 10 mins, that 10 mins turned into 30. I had other important plans today, that's why I asked how long it would be. I understand they were busy, but they really need to work on

Adam was very nice and easy to work with. He was able to get us in for a full detail the same day and had it completed by the time frame he quoted. It was in such bad condition when we dropped it off and when we received it back it looked brand new. My husband loves having his clean truck again. Definitely plan on using their services again soon.

Brandon took great care of my car while I shopped. I pride myself on washing my car by hand but I've been busy and having a place like eco car spa is awesome for a great hand wash. This was my second time having these guys was my Mustang and they did an awesome job both times. I would take my car back to them anytime. Prices are comparable to other washing services so I feel like they are very fair and the great service definitely makes it worth it. If you know you're going to be a few hours at the mall and your car could use some TLC, definitely pay these guys a visit.

Overall great experience working with Eco Car Spa to get all 3 of my cars cleaned up! Had to reschedule a bit due to weather but communication was great and they were very accommodating. Having them come to you is such a nice convenience. Cars came out nice and shiny and feeling brand new inside. Their headlight restoration service took care of the haze on my 2001 and helped with aesthetics as well as night visibility. highly recommend and will be using them again as cars inevitably get dirty!

I bought a detail package for my husband's car soon to be my teenage sons car. The car is about 16 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on the carpet the seats the dashboard. (Eco CarSpa) absolutely transformed this car into an almost brand new looking car from the inside and outside.

The process was easy from start to finish. They took a lot of effort and time and paid a lot of attention to every detail nook and cranny! I didn't even leave my house which is the best part and I got "best wife award" for my husband as this was a Father's Day gift!!

Alright job, not incredible. Inside still had dirt on front console, after paying $25 for my wash. Expected a better job, silly me. Outside of vehicle was fine which is why I give it a 4.

Overall the job was OK. However, service is extremely slow. Despite a confirmed appointment, start to finish took close to 2 hours - that too on a week day (and not on a weekend).

On a side note, having to make an appointment for a simple wash (that doesn't require any detailing) seems a bit odd. Not to mention, receiving emails confirming the appointment as well..lol

Brandon did a fantastic job! I brought my car in while I shopped and it was in desperate need of a deep clean. My cars were covered in stains and dog hair and I swear they look like brand new now! I'll be returning. Very worth the cost!

I took my car to this place based the positive Yelp reviews and was completely disappointed.

It took them 1.5 hours ... yes 1.5 hours to clean the car - my car was not filthy so not sure what they did for 1.5 hours, but the windshield was dirty. It took a lot of elbow grease to get it off. Honestly it was like a film of wax and it just would not come off.

We showed Brandon the spots on the windshield and his words were "Oh that is a water stain". Then he had the nerve to ask for a 5 star Yelp review. Not after the car wash cost me $50 and 1.5 hours later I had to finish the job

This was the worst detail I have ever had on a car. I had some tar on wheel wells and passenger side of vehicle. It wasn't touched at all. If I could give negative stars I would. There are a lot of bad businesses in this world and let me just say, this is the first time I have ever written a review. I feel like my money was stolen. I'll attach pictures of what was a completed detail.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail! Do yourself a favor and stop in!! It's the only place I trust.

Broke my radio when they cleaned it.

I returned and they offered to replace my radio that morning as I am driving away and literally moving out of state that day.

they discovered that my radio has been discontinued, and have offered me a check for less than the amount of replacing my radio with a comprable model

Brought my boyfriend's BMV here as a Fathers' Day present and he was riding around looking homeless in a BMW. LOL!
Brandon met us at the stand and assured me he had seen much worse and he would take care if it. He did not disappoint. I got the Hotshot and it looks almost like it was fresh off the lot. It does look like they may have missed the passenger sun visor but I see where some coffee had splashed but so minor.

And it being right at the mall is super convenient. We just ate and walked around the mall while we waited.

These guys are awful with communication and customer service. I used yelp to find a shop to fix my dent on my car. This company reached out to me set a day to see my car. Guy came out look at me dent and gave me two quotes low end $100 and high end $300. I agreed to have them repair my dent. Guys came took my car called me with 30 mins to say nope its gonna cost more than quoted $300. The repair will cost $1000. I can only assume since it was a range rover that I would agree to such a high amount. Told them to bring it back. I wont go anywhere near this shop and its scandleistic procedures

Fantastic car wash!! My husbands car was truly disgusting, filled with dog hair and just downright filthy. I don't think he has washed it even once in the 4 years he has owned it (maybe exaggeration, maybe not!). I dropped my car off with Brandon and went into Barnes and Noble. Exactly an hour later he called me to come check it out. SO impressed at how clean he got this car, it looks like it's brand new again! My husband was floored. Very impressive, friendly, and convenient. We will 100% be back!

Brandon was very accommodating with my schedule when I called to check availability for a cleaning. He was polite and went out of his way to help me.

However, my car was not cleaned in any manner that would reflect the $130 I spent (plus $10 tip, which I would not have given had I seen my car first). My car had dirty wheels, dirty seats, bugs on the windshield, and lots of dirt and tar on the exterior paint that easily came off when I used my finger. Brandon agreed that the work was done poorly and apologized but his only suggestion was to give me a "discount" ($50) for my next wash
