Had a great experience with Texas Auto Spa. Chris came to my office to hand wash and clean two cars in the blistering Texas heat. Very friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Highly recommend, and his prices are very fair.

I emailed Chris for a quote on a full interior/exterior detail with shampoo, paint transfer repair, and wax. His price was right, his punctuality was perfect, and his work is spectacular. He greeted me in a mask, gratefully accepted the offer of iced tea, and got to work. All he needed was a driveway and electrical access.

I moved to Plano/Frisco area in July 2019 and drove down from Ohio. As soon as I got into town, I found and booked Chris to get a full detail which exceeded my expectations. So much so, I have been using him ever since. My car has only ever been hand washed so their express detail option is ideal. Chris' attention to detail is bar none. Lastly, he is very customer focused offering flexible scheduling and always makes sure you are pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend the Texas Auto Spa!

Communication is very clear as long as you know how to use a cell phone. Chris came to my apartments and detailed my white charger inside out. He doesn't rush his work and he's very responsive. He even got a small scuff on my front bumper for just a small fee. I'll be calling him whenever I need the car spotless!

I tried reaching out to multiple car detailers and a lot were unresponsive while Chris answered immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. Chris also referred me to someone who can get dents out of my car.

I am writing to offer some clarification of services as the owner suggested my dissatisfaction was due to a miscommunication.

I called asking for a "power wash." I told him I had received a consultation for bug removal from a nearby car wash and they recommended that as the best way to remove the bugs. I told him I was specifically looking for the bugs to be removed from the radiator and that I had called several other places asking for this and was told washes were primarily done through tunnels. He said that he offered that service and that he had an opening if I came right away.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Chris was able to take in my vehicle and I am grateful. The car looked brand new from the interior to the wheels. There weren’t any towel streaks that I’m so used to seeing at regular car washes and the car was so shiny! Will definitely be using his services for our other vehicles!

Chris was amazing at cleaning my new car. After he finished my car shined brighter than the day I bought it. He uses quality products. I know this because after the wash my car was rained on a few days later and no water spots! It still shines and he said that protective layer should last 6 weeks. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

Brought a used black Mustang to Chris that I had recently purchased where all was great but the paint was definitely "used" with scuffs and swirls. Picking it up I couldn't believe it was the same car. Chris made the black paint new again. I can't recommend this service enough. Not only the work was top notch but his service was amazing. Chris was very friendly and accommodating. My Mustang was nasty and he did a great job getting it spotless inside and out. Price was very fair, and I'm very happy and impressed.

This business closed in July 2017 and owner refused to refund annual VIP passes claiming membership will transfer to new location whenever a new location is found... months years who knows. Business practices is very dishonest .

So far 5 Star for customer service and setting me up for a full platinum detail the same day with short notice. I will be charged a little extra for dog hair but that is expected.

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for a few years and have always had an exceptional experience. My car got a rodent in the trunk while parked at DFW and you can imagine the smell. Texas Auto Spa was able to get the smell out when other detailers couldn't. I highly recommend them! Plus, what an awesome way to get a usually boring chore done while at the mall! Makes waiting way better!

Thanks Chris for the response, however let me play the scenario I dealt with. I received a message that my car was finished. Went and picked it up. The valet guy, Marco I think was his name said no worries I'll take it back. Fifteen minutes later I was once again notified my car was done. Marco then said the guy who cleaned my car mentioned that the "porduct" you use was the cause of the faded look in my back middle seat. He then stated that once the seat was dried it would go away. I have taken my car to Chris and his team several times and couldn't be happier. They are very friendly and my car with spotless. They even got out scratches on my bumper from a car backing into mine. I would recommend giving them a try. Thank you!

If you're looking for a truly "deep clean," including the cracks and crevices of your car, this is unfortunately not the place to go.

I found this place online and called before I came to ask if they could provide the service I was looking for. I was told the gold express package would include interior detailing and address the "cracks and crevices," which is what I wanted. It did not, however. The gold express package ($59) included a pretty good exterior clean but just a basic wipe down of the interior, which was not what I paid for nor expected.

Not worth the price , they are not upfront on pricing. Wash is 49.99 but oh yeah there's a 19.95 SUV fee! Are you kidding. No other places do that. Will never use them again. Total ended up being 68$ they didn't even wipe down my seats or the doors.

Very unhappy with the quality of service. Paid $80 for a "detail" that was supposed to take an hour. It ended up being an over priced car wash that took 2 1/2 hours. Don't waste your money here.
