Went for oil change. Opted for $74 premium package for oil change. I was really pushed for buying additional services by using scare tactics. Who gave you the right to advise me? You should ask me before deciding to go on the mission of telling me what’s wrong with my car. I did not ask for it. I went for a simple oil change. Also I was charged $13 additionally for oil change in addition to $74. Never going to go there again.

I use their car wash service very often and it is pretty good. So today I decided to get my state inspection there. BEWARE. Don’t ever ever go there to get your inspection done. Firstly there was nobody there at the office counter. After waiting for a few minutes I decided to go directly to the main area and the guy told me to pull my car forward as I was next in line to be served. After a few minutes the car in front of me drove off. The guy was nowhere to be seen. Just disappeared. It was around 12.30pm so I guessed he must have gone for lunch. I got the inside detailing package for $140. The floor mats were vacuumed but not cleaned. They used so much spray on my dash & seats & didn't wipe it down so that it was visibly rumming in clumps. They didn't clean the compartment between my seats or the mirrors on my visor. They threw away my hairbrush. I tried calling the 2 managers & was sent to a ringtone. When I called to make the appointment they called me back, when I called to talk about their services, they haven't called me back. Used them for other services & they were fine. Very disappointing On the detailing.

Dear owner’s!!!! Bring back your old manager!!!! This wash has become so bad I won’t take my cars there anymore. I have been a loyal customer for the last 4 years and own 4 cars. I practically lived at this place keeping them clean. Since new management took over your quality has gone down the drain. Don't bother complaining to the new manager. He’s rude and condescending. I have no problem driving 15 minutes away for better service and quality work.

Today I came in to Auto Splish Splash for a wash. Normally I don’t have problems going in and getting a wash. However, today seemed different. This one girl checked me in to get a wash and I simply said “how are you doing?” And she gave me a look as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. So then I brushed it off a little and tried to not make things more difficult. I accidentally turned on the windshield wipers by mistake with my hand and I overheard her say “Yo chill.” I tried to keep my cool, which I did. Finally, I was able to get my wash without a “have a nice day” or a “enjoy

I recently visited this location for an oil change. In the past, I have always used this location for oil changes, state inspections and car washes. The service has always been great. On February 3rd, 2021 I took my Audi in for the first time for an oil change at this location. It was quick and the representative told me about the service history and gave an honest assessment as I knew about the history done on the car. I paid and left, so far so good. Later in the day, I could hear a scraping sound coming from the bottom of my car. The front bottom skid plate was hanging off and was holding on
