Elite Mortgage made the process of both our initial mortgage and refinance seamless. He was thorough when I asked him to be thorough, and quick when I asked him to be quick. In diligence, we talked with brokers with a bank and two "national" mortgage brokers. Joe Ruhlman with Elite Mortgage beat each of them in responsiveness, service, and from what we could tell, the deals and rates he was able to present. Can't recommend highly enough.

Joe was great in every way that matters for a mortgage. This is my 4th time getting a mortgage (refinance in this case), and Joe was easily the best to work with. Super responsive, just generally easy to deal with, beat other rates, closed on time etc., and just generally gave good advice on some choices. Would recommend 100%.
