I love this place. I go here as often as I can for everything I can. It’s a wonderful concept that I feel good about supporting and the stuff is consistently pleasant. I want to see this place still thriving in 20 more years. The city needs a space like with love.
Bonus. They have a lot of vegan options in the cafe and the grocery market part :)

Was in town from Boston over the weekend with some friends and our AirBnb happened to be around the corner from this place. Food selection was fresh and creative, we were able to partner our breakfast sandwiches/burritos with awesome smoothie combinations. They had great options for the more basic carnivores like myself but also so many options for vegans etc as well.
Despite how nice the location is, the staff were the stars. Was greeted warmly each morning and even whilst training a new employee, I was attended to without issue and with a smile on each of their faces (I assume because of the

I love everything about this sweet and encouraging place. It was glorious to find out about last week. (Thanks, Ouida!) Can barely believe it came about in Los Angeles at all, let alone that it's lasted for more than a couple years and still seems to be thriving! All the people there seemed cool and kind, the staff and the customers. The place makes meals, has groceries, homemade cards, wifi, meeting space, outside options... And it's open and nice. It really seems to care to offer exactly what the neighborhood needs. I only had some (great!) coffee but I will definitely be back soon

I've passed this place multiple times and been in a couple times. I would always get my Lenny & Larry cookies here. The owner ended up coming to my highschool 2 years ago on Job Fair Day, pretty cool.
The Eggplant Olive + Pepper sandwich w/ the add-on of Vegan Cheese was delicious. I ate it when I arrived home and it didn't need any warming up. It was sweating in the cardboard box, but nothing too drastic. The meal comes with a small side salad free of charge. I ate one slice and saved the other half for later that day. And it held up well for those couple of hours. Placing it in

Today was my first time inside this incredible place. Tons of space, very affordable prices, and a super friendly crew. The owner was incredibly understanding while a client was having a bit of a breakdown in their store. I look forward to visiting again soon albeit hopefully under better circumstances.

We used their catering and ordered the deluxe box lunches (for dinner! lol) for a church event of about 20 people. They were amazing! Ready on time, sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the fruit was yummy, and people even liked the salads. It was easy to order and pay through their website, and the catering manager was super responsive to answer my questions ahead of time. We will definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to others.

I love everything about this place. I ordered some breakfast burritos which they serve all day long. It was so good. I love the way the place is and they carry a lot of different foods in there. Their pastries looked really good I got some cookies and a coffee cake. I also got some coffee there. The girl helping me behind the counter was so nice. The burrito is priced at a good price and I was able to eat it in two different sittings. Great salsa too.

I found this place by googling to find a spot with outdoor seating for my studying. I got here on Friday afternoon, it wasn't busy, but still some people were there. I got iced caramel latte and sat on their backyard seating area. The seating area is nice which has a plenty of shades, and comfortable casual seats.
However, the drink wasn't that good. I returned my latte and they changed the ingredient, it tasted better. The customer service is nice and friendly.

I'm not usually in the area but I dropped my film off nearby and remember seeing this in passing last time so I had to stop and check it out, and I'm so glad I did! From the street With Love may look like a hole in the wall type place, but when you enter it is so much more than a coffee shop!
The interior is very spacious and has plenty of seating. It serves as a cafe with coffees, smoothies/juices, and food. It also is a cute little market with lots of organic and healthy options (as well as a gluten free section that I really appreciated!), fresh produce, dry goods, refrigerated and

This review is two fold.
If you are looking to film here:
We filmed a short film here in October and Andrew was amazing. Incredibly accommodating and he really helped make our shoot come off without a hitch.
If you want to eat/shop here:
Then what are you waiting for? Everything is made in house. Healthy eats with a large variety menu. Want to get work done here? Have a meeting here? Go for it! This space really has it all. Wifi, Printer, Big tables and a private meeting space you can reserve for a small fee.
The whole philosophy behind this cafe/market is to strengthen and build the community

I really enjoyed finding this gem in the middle of random DTLA! We were searching for cheap and easy food and coffee and stumbled upon With Love on Yelp.
Upon arriving, there's street parking that would've normally been conveniently located nearby. But it was street sweeping day so we had to search for a hot minute, still not too bad.
The entrance is small and unassuming. Entering the space, I was surprised by the open concept. There are tall ceilings and ample tables and chairs for an afternoon work sesh. There's a kiddie corner with toys for entertainment. There's a small

Community focused market, cafe, and coffee shop with a curated selection of natural/organic foods at reasonable prices.
Long tables and a second floor meeting/work area allow customers a quiet place to relax. Outdoor seating and garden for when the weather is nice. A stage and weekly/monthly events as well.
Parking lot located a street over.

The place is really spacious. They have the ground level where you order your food, you can get a few groceries, and eat. Then there's the second level where you can bring your laptop do some work while enjoying a cup of coffee. They also have an outside garden which you can sit down and drink your latte. They have events depending on the day. And the owner of the place was really friendly, gave me a discount and told me about new ideas their trying to come up with for their drinks.
