We accept Net 30 terms for accounts that have been approved through our credit process. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us at sales@RightTowel.com or toll free 855-527-6839 for a Return Authorization Form. RightTowel.com offers returns for most items within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unwashed, unaltered and unused.
