Used the self serve car wash and there is a charge on my card for $14. For 4 minutes and 5 seconds! My husband used it a couple days earlier and also has a $14 charge. Waiting to see if this does change, because that is really outrageous! I've never had another car wash charge a larger fee up front . They charge what I owe only.

The touchless doesn't get the rear of my crossover clean at all, and the soft touch doesn't clean the right rear of the vehicle. Can the equipment be adjusted to fix these issues? I don't know, but I'll give the owners a chance to try and fix them. I ran my vehicle thru the touchless yesterday and today and the rear of the vehicle appears like the high pressure wash doesn't actually hit that area. Other than those issues, I would have rated higher. I'll keep washing until my monthly Deluxe membership is up, and renew if these issues are resolved, or likely cancel if not.

So slow. No order in the lines, there are 6 bays, it should not take so long!
It seems to me that buying a few cones and some signage to ensure the line is clear is very much within the control of the owner. Also, can the washes be "tuned" during busy days so that they are more efficient/faster? The vacuums are not very powerful and there is trash spilled out of he bins, I think that is within the control of the owner and his/her staff. If the owner was committed to being onsite and in control of things on busy days - it would be a much better experience

I went to the soft touch automatic car wash. The "premium" button didn't work (wouldn't do anything when I pressed the button), so I picked the deluxe option, which was $9 IIRC. This car wash didn't get my car clean and when I checked my bank account I was actually charged $15... Don't know what that's about.
Edit: Adding back a star since owner explained the $15 is a preauth fee that will presumably be refunded at some point.

Used one of the self-serve bays on 1/11/2022. This is not my first time at this car wash. What was very odd is that there are no prices posted anywhere in the building (for self service bays). The only form of payment acceptable is a credit/debit card – no more quarters. I’ve used self serve car washes my entire life and there is always a sign explaining the pricing, $x.xx for the first 3 min, $x.00 for each x minute thereafter (or similar). This place only has a small laminated 8.5”x11” paper sign above the credit card reader that states the minimum charge is $2.75, that gets you 3:16

Good carwash and using the EverWash app/membership makes it a breeze - great investment for the health of your car! I do wish that both automatic options would have the undercarriage wash, and that it would be a bit stronger.

Nice place but prices are a little high compared to other washes. If you use self service make sure you bring a towel because their blower barley worked.

Not bad, generally clean, just not great. I paid for the Deluxe touchless wash and then used a vacuum. The was was OK but grime was left on my car and there were several of soap bubbles. The rinse was incomplete. This car wash is fine but Paradise Car Wash a block away is a better choice. Their basic wash costs less and attendants do some some drying on your car. Doing your own follow up hand drying with your own towel will give you better results from either of these car washes.

I went early on a Thursday and have used this location in the past. This is only for the do-it-yourself side of the business which I've got a thing for.

Bays are clean which is nice. To start the wash, you can plug in quarters or use your card and swipe. When you are done you hit stop. I love this feature. Saw this in AZ and honestly, it makes sense. Some places the countdown beer doesn't work or you need to run from the other side of the car to feed it money. This eliminates that.

It looks like it has a nice heating system in there for the colder months and they set up also

Im a delivery contractor, I like my car clean. It's winter, anything that can freeze over will. With that said, the door to the touchless car wash was froze shut (-26 degrees). It took me only 1 call to resolve the issue, which is excellent customer service! This car wash is way better than the old owners. Reccomended.

This is the 2nd worst car wash experience I've had; the only other time was a homeless guy throwing a cup of soda pop at my car for not giving him change as I finished drying (but that's not the owner's fault and it happened in another state).

1. Unless I missed something (then my apologies), the sign did not adequately state that you would need a membership to have a free vacuum with Executive or above washes. The quarter machine spit out a penny instead of a quarter. This is an expensive self-wash, with each additional quarter only adding a few seconds. Disappointing.

Don't get the prepaid for the soft touch car wash. This has been down every time I go to use it. It's a ripoff. Owner does not offer any refunds. So, I paid $27/month for something that does not work. You cannot use the prepaid for the other automatic.

On 3/6/20 paid for touch less $11. Drove in and equip barely put soap on. No high pressure wash or rinse. Had to pull into manual bay to rinse off soapy car. Muddy bay. Left message for owners - no response.

Excellent self service car wash. It has the option to use a drive through, but a few enclosed garages for self car wash.
Pay with quarters cash or credit card.credit card is convenient as it runs a clock and tell you final amount when you push blue metallic button.
I took my time and it was $11. I liked that I was able to focus on areas other drive through car washes cannot get to.
Friendly area and very clean place my new favorite self car wash.

If you're interested in paying eight dollars to wash your car and then going home and having to wash it again this is the place for you!

Dirty smelly water in the automated wash, ineffective dryer.

My favorite car wash. never had to wait for more than a couple cars (even in the winter, no matter what time). never any malfunction or issues! kinda relaxing, to be honest..

Love this place. New ownership has been great and the new additions have been awesome. Super quick and super clean. Probably best value I've found around town.

This is my first winter in Minnesota and I'm leasing a new car so I've been coming here every 1-2 weeks to spray down my car and undercarriage to keep it free of salt and road dirt instead of spending 7-9 dollars a week at an automated car wash.

The problem with this place is that it isn't kept up at all. Usually at least one stall is out of service which equates to long lines. None of the credit card swipers in the individual bays work. The drains are regularly clogged leaving several inches of standing water in the bays. Hoses leak, garage doors don't open, are slow to open
