Came in cause the car was a mess. Like maybe I should sell it, rather than wash it. I rolled up and it was super chill right away. I asked how much the best carwash was and the attendant said 250$. Okay so maybe I should stick to a normal carwash, I was just considering abandoning this vehicle in a field.

SO BAD!!! HOW CAN A CARWASH GO THIS WRONG??? Paid $90 for carwash and seat shampoo. Didn't vacuum out the back and didn't even wipe down the dash. Not only that but they just have been smoking as they worked bc my car absolutely reeks now. Ew... Why???? Also not done on time. Definitely never going back.

I was disappointed in this car wash. Since they use fabric instead of plastic brushes, I felt safe from getting scratches on my relatively new SUV washed there. Sadly, I was wrong. I came out with tiny scratches/swirl marks all over my gorgeous black car! And I had water marks all over my car -- unlike at other car wash places.

I had my suv wash twice at the Escondido location.. my first experience was great, management was out in force and my car wash experience was good. I was happy with the service though they didn't meet my fantastic experience with a car wash in Poway, but still very happy. I now live in Escondido. However the next one wasn't as good, an employee was wiping the door floor metal track and then wipe my dash and the odometer section. When i got in my car there were sand on the dash board and little specks of sand all over. I had my car wipes and clean them off. Also parts of the car floors were not

I drove cross country from Philadelphia (where I own a detail shop), called TOT as they had awesome reviews. My truck was filled with bug guts, mud, and road debris from the 2500 mile drive. Called for a hand wash and they got me right in and were very efficient with the process. Beautiful clean facility and top notch work. Highly recommend!

The oil change with a free car was was a great deal. They hit quite a few surfaces in such a short amount of time. Don't bring a heavily soiled vehicle or a nasty interior and expect miracles. That's incredibly rude.
They do upsell you on maintenance but I needed a brake bleed and didn't want to do it myself. $79 wasn't bad. You might try haggling the price on some services but please be polite.
