They did a great job mostly, but I'm a smoker, I know that they can't see the smoke film on the inside of the windshield when the car is inside of the building. The driver windshield was fine, the passenger side was smeared along with the passenger window, the glass around the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned at all. Mostly my fault for smoking but the ashtray in the console could've been an indicator to do some extra window cleaning.

I just finished having a “Full Service” car wash $19.95 and had to complain to Manager. I showed her interior and exterior problems including inside windows with spots and a lot of lint from their rags, console not touched when all items removed, inside door area not wiped, outside trunk ledge still dirty, bugs still on front of car, etc. According to Manager, they can’t get the Bugs off. How ridiculous! I guess I’m suppose to scrub them off after paying $20 to them. She also acted as if she could not see spots or lint on the inside of the windows! And it goes on. This is my second time going to Sunshine, after the first time I wanted to give them another try/benefit of the doubt. Both times I got the #2 Shine Wash which is $27 and change.
They rush when they do it, not meticulous at all. I drive a crappy car but still like to keep it clean. With this package they vacuume but I’ll need to go over it a second time to pick up what’s left, same goes for the outside.
I’ll post pictures.
Save your money and go thru a touch less car wash twice and your car will look better.
