Stephany at the leasing office is wonderful, and that’s honestly the only positive thing I can say about this place.
Thousands of dollars of damage from mold after AC “repairs”. Nightmare to deal with property management. Roaches that you cannot get rid of. This place is falling apart. Changed my move in date 5 days before. Did not notify us of required documents until 3 days before we needed said documents, and because of this we did not have said documents on time. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I cannot wait until my lease is up or until I die from mold poisoning.

This place is awful. roach infestation upon move in. no amount of spraying or bug traps will help. they’re in my dishes and sink and silverware drawer. i found broken fire alarms in the kitchen upon move in. mold is everywhere and it has ruined all my belongings. people are always yelling outside all the time. cops are there at least once a week. trash and glass all over parking lot. unattended kids always run in front of my car when i come home from work at night. it smells musty no matter how often you clean. dont try to swiffer sweep or mop because the wood will come up from the floor. creaky

ROACH AND RAT INFESTED maintenance is HORRIBLE they come around cleaning your air vents with a brush from the store . Buddy goes by the trash can Nd just scrub off dust . I could’ve did that what kinda professional stuff is this. Multiple cars haven’t moved in months on this property but they ready to tow other ppl cars . Roaches everywhere East running everywhere . They trash is always overflowing this place is horrible. They try to be so professional but having your car towed to a 1 bed 2 bath house with a lot is not it at all. The tow company not even on google or on the internet period

Please if you considering moving here you are making a mistake. There charging $850 for an apartment that has no a.c nor heat. While living here I roaches all over the apartment. The cleaning crew did a poor job of renovating therefore now I'm stuck with a $500 bill for a carpet expenses that was never cleaned in the first place. Be sure to read your application about the cleaning expenses. You are responsible for the cleaning whether the carpets where replace or not. SO pretty much they are charging you money for something they dont want to pay for

They dont ever fix basic things like heat, hot water, air conditioning until months after request is submitted you basically have to tell them that you are going to put money in their escrow account before they will fix a issue. They have rats running around the complex as well as a tons of bugs. They will get you to sign a lease that has a ton of pages to screw you over. They will increase rent every year as well as lie to your face about problems claiming that your problems are fixed or they will claim you damaged something, when you really didnt it was their maintence workers. Very big pest problems. I had roaches when I moved in and I sprayed religiously and couldn't get rid of them. I told the office a few times and was told they would add us to the pest control list but I watched the guy come in one day with a sprayer and just walk through and spray about half the apartment. Management is slow and often rude. Half the time when you talk to someone on the phone (that's if you can actually get someone to answer which is a rarity in itself) it sounds like they're eating or you're interrupting their day.
