I have been living here going on a year and honestly my experience has been amazing. Michaela the property manager is so awesome, her energy is beyond uplifting and the maintenance team deserves an award for their quick response time. Michaela not only does extremely well when it comes to getting things done she also gets to you unlike some people. She gets to know you and actually have meaningful conversation with you. The tenant-Property relationship gets built on a professional deep level

I moved in at the beginning of 2020 and like any complex, there are always pros and cons. The apartments are older and along with that charm comes maintenance issues. I don’t usually write reviews but the maintenance team deserves a shout out. Every issue I report, from an old lock to a loose porch board, have been fixed within a few hours. I noticed two small things, two days in a row this week and the team fixed both immediately. Marvin was friendly and efficient. And as always Anthony was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The whole maintenance team here is awesome!

I see alot of reviews about bugs but I haven't experienced this issue. Granted the community is surrounded by woods its possible for your normal tree bugs to come on but they offer pest control. Also I've put in maintenance requests for minor things such as a closet door and it was literally completed within 24hrs. The apartments are nice and updated and the complex is generally very quiet. The only downsides to me would be parking can be hectic and the outside dumpsters overflow but they're quickly cleaned. Overall I have a 2/1 and my apartment is affordable, the staff is always polite, my neighbors

I just recently moved out and it was an okay place to live in at first. The second year was going okay until the last 6 months I had an terrible time for the remaining of my stay at this place. The roaches are horrible and it took them forever to fix my air and they finally fixed it in the last week of me leaving. The manager was good at first but she start showing her ture colors and coming up with a million excuses when you need things done with your apartment. I'm soooooooo glad I don't live here anymore. If you want something cheap, just remember, you get what you pay for!!!!

Worst experience ever! I've never seen a real rat in my life until I moved here. Not one or 2 but multiples! The neighbors are disgusting and filthy! They let their kids leave food, drink cans, and candy wrappers in the hallways. They have parties in the middle of the street and if you come home after 10 you will not get a parking spot. If you call the office they give you the run around and take forever to call you back IF they even return your call. You will truly regret it if you move here!

Went in today to see a 1bd/1ba. As soon as I walked in, I felt unwelcomed as I was given a not so pleasant look from a lady to the right side of the room when you walk in. When I asked about seeing a model home, I was told very dryly, "no, we don't have that, the only one we have is the one that is coming available." How exactly is one supposed to see what they are possibly trying to move into? As I left i drove around the complex. Looks like I dodge a bullet there. Neighborhood looked nice though.

Worst place I ever lived in. And the picture of the pool they have on here makes me laugh!!! There's no water in the pool except green rain water. The roaches we're so bad that they would crawl on u at night. The manager at the time was stealing peoples rent money they still are trying to get money from me even though I have proof I paid. Rip off central. Run run is all I got to say!

Roach, bug, and mold infested, all of my items were ruined from being in this apartment...and the management are thieves. This was the worst mistake of my entire life. Huge cockroaches and other bugs that I never saw in my life. Days after I moved in, this place started smelling like a swamp/ sewer drainage. The smell grew to all of my clothes and me as well. Mold from the bathroom ceiling grew airborne to all of my items in the apartment, ruining them, and making me ill. I grew really sick and even got laryngitis from being there.
