Most horrible service. Office is run by the Russian group of people; some of them can not communicate well in English or do not care.
My fully insured car arrived in Eastern Europe damaged with stolen property from internal compartment.
Cost me over $500 to fix damages, the company refused to compensate.
One of the managers started threatening me over the phone because I called the shipping company originally I shipped with (Lion Trans was the subcontractor) and complained to them. The manager threatened me that he will stop me from complaining and talking forever.
