This was of the best transport company in new Jersey now they are not good at disrespectful they pick up put the phone down or send it to voice mail I have been late to every appointment this year's and last year almost with all the health issues I have they just act as oh well it's not them today I was supposed to be picked up at 12:45pm here comes the driver at 2:10 pm when your late you know have to wait like 2months until you can see the doctor again it's all because they over take more rides than they can handle and it's sad max in the office will not pick up he see you calling but if the

Had a ride with them yesterday, January 6th. One thing I found annoying is the driver didn't speak one word of English. As far as his driving, he turned on to a one way street going the wrong way. He also didn't stop till he was almost in the trunk of the person ahead of us. Needless to say I was thankful when I got home.

The drive Micheal G.had the worst attitude problem with telling me he tried and he have asthma very rude. Was just sitting outside for 20 mins said he was doing paperwork I had to call to see what happened to the transportation after me reporting no pick up his calls. I would never call logistic or us Broomerang again.

Wednesday 06/2019 I had medical appointment at 10:30 am. I called Logistic and schedule transport for me. The driver should pick up me at 9:30 am. He show up at 10:15. He was very, very slow. It was looking like he don't know what he is doing. Totally lost. Do not know even how to operate the lift. I sit in seat. He DO NOT SECURE ME WITH SEAT BELT, he was on the phone while driving, drinking soda while driving and smoking outside even I told him I will be late for my appointment. I had a run in with one of Boomerang rude disrespectful driver today. I wasn't able to get his name but he was driving van #1. He was reversing out of a spot and almost ran into me. He then hopped out of the van and started yelling at me trying to blame me when he was in the wrong. Mind you the whole time he has a patient in the van. I took a picture of the van to call to report him. When I called the company the person that answered the phone didnt want to hear nothing was quick to say he had another call coming in and hung up. When I called back to asked for a supervisor no one answered. I wish
