I have to say that Galaxy coach gave us exemplary service this past weekend. With 11 family members traveling to a wedding in Manhattan, we had the nicest drivers who arrived on time and got us to our destination on time despite the Saturday night traffic. I can't say enough about Galaxy coach. I utilized Galaxy for business over the past several years and was always satisfied. This was the first time I used them for personal use and they exceeded my expectations. I see some dated reviews that are negative but I don't believe that is the same company that they are criticizing. Galaxy

If I could give them no stars, I would. I used them for my daughter's wedding a few weeks ago. They picked up the guests and dropped them off at the venue. The wedding was over at 12:00. I made sure that we were all gathered up to go. My friend even went up meet the coach. We went upstairs to meet them. We sat on the benches outside the venue. It was the bride, groom, and guests. No one showed up. Four of us called the hotel only to find out that Galaxy never answered the phone! Finally after more than an hour, the hotel had to send us taxis. I would give ZERO stars if I could. My parents had a car scheduled to pick them up on Saturday night in New Brunswick @11pm (after a show at the theatre), to bring them to Freehold, NJ. The driver never showed up, even after he told them he was "around the corner", "almost there", etc etc. At 12:15am I had to order an Uber to take them home.
My parents have spoken to Galaxy numerous times since yesterday morning, and the situation still isn't resolved. At this point they're being told that "they don't have all the details yet". Incredibly unprofessional

Used for my wedding two months ago. They were 45 min late with no apology which in turn made us late for pictures (so they only made one round of trips of the THREE we paid for). Issue still hasn’t been resolved and they haven’t reached out after I have called and emailed. This shuttle company was recommended by our hotel but unfortunately did not meet standards, not even close.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I paid them $240 to be my guest shuttle for my wedding. They NEVER took my guest to the wedding. I just found out that the hotel shuttle took my guests NOT THIS PROVIDER that I paid for. The night of my wedding they were suppose to make 2 trips back to the hotel. One at 12:50 and one after 1am bc that's when the wedding ended. After 1AM - my bridal attendant called the company and they said they came at 12:30 and no one got on so THEY LEFT. And NEVER CAME BACK. So my hall called us all an UBER. ON MY WEDDING NIGHT!! Never once did they come into the

As a guest at other weddings, we have experienced some horror stories with transportation. When it came to transportation for our wedding I was determined to have it go smoothly. With the help of Gerri and Galaxy Coach that is exactly how it went. Gerri was able to work with me to set up a schedule for the shuttles so that the most amount of guests could use the service. I have been using GalaxyCoach for many, many years. They have been nothing but professional and timely. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our car was ready and waiting when we arrived. My wife and I have not parked our car at a local airport since we got turned on to this service years ago. Whatever time you arrange for them to pick you up, they arrive 15 minutes early. The nattily-drressed driver is always there at the airport baggage claim to meet and greet you, carry your bags, and drive you home, while you crash out in the back seat, exhausted from the ordeal which is modern air travel.
