I was very impressed with Hampton Auto Glass!!They got me in immediately after my rock chip occurred and they repaired my windshield. The staff was very friendly and professional. The waiting area is cozy and they offered tea and coffee. If I ever need any glass repair in the future, I will definitely come to these folks - they were phenomenal.

We needed a new windshield. The car has lane departure assist and that had to be recalibrated with the windshield replacement. They asked for us to leave the car for the day but it only took them about four hours to get the job done very happy with the service

Had my car broken Into while out on a run, smashed out the passenger window. I tried to go through insurance, but it was a 2+ week wait! A friend recommended Hampton; I called and they were able to get me in the next day! They even accommodated me to drop it off/pick it up around my work schedule. They were quick to get me in, easy to communicate with, and overall super great!

My 15 year old Toyota windshield had too many chips and scratches, so I wanted to get it replaced. Hampton could get the windshield and had an opening right away. I dropped the car off and picked it up three hours later with a perfect new windshield that looked just like the original. The people I talked to were very friendly and the price was similar to other places. I will definitely recommend Hampton to my friends.

Everyone that I dealt with was extremely nice. They stayed in touch with me. Because of the glass shortage I had to wait longer but, they constantly were in touch with me. They found me a windshield in Arizona and had it trucked here. These people are absolutely fantastic and I will never go anywhere else.

Hampton replace our windshield and did a very good job. Everyone especially Bree was professional and very friendly. I did have an air bubble that caused a slight rattle which they quickly scheduled me to come in and fixed. I have already recommended them to two other people

If I could give this company more stars, I would. Our story is that our daughter was down from Bellingham for a few days and came home with a very large crack on her on her front windshield. As a college student she was with limited funds and limited time, so we started looking through google and Hampton Auto Glass was the 3rd call because the first 2 could not get her window repaired in the short timeframe that we had. Tabitha answered our call, didn't put us on a long hold and was able to get us in the same day. Long story short Hampton's Auto Glass saved our day and gave us peace

This place saved my road trip!
My friend was moving to Canada so we drove up north from SF. It was great until we took a quick stop for a hike at the Redwood National Forest and found our car got broken into.
We called the insurance and they recommended one place for lower rates (which ended up to be only a $15 difference for a ~$220 repair), but it'll be 2-3 days later. We made an appointment and when we got there they told us to come back in 2 hours. 90 minutes later they told us the person that does the repairs isn't around. Not sure why it took them 90 minutes to figure that out

Being new to Washington, I basically go off of reviews of businesses. I was NOT disappointed! Hampton Auto Glass replaced the windshield of a car I bought for a great price, and Tabatha was amazing! Literally felt like we were friends after talking to her a few times. The best customer service!

The team at Hampton Auto Glass helped me TWICE for my windshield on my boat!
They do fantastic work and are very reliable. Price is competitive, although I honestly wasn't interested in shopping around after they said they could take care of my needs and that they are very competent in replacing windshields on boats.
If I ever need any glass replacement again, I know where to go.
Ask for Tabitha. She hooks it up.

We had a small chip repaired recently and from beginning to end, our experience with Hampton Auto Glass was excellent.
Tabatha was the perfect point of contact. Always cheerful and professional. When we arrived our order was processed and the repair was completed quickly. The finished product was as good as new.

This is a follow-up, Jan, who is the only one that has put glass in all of my vehicles, (for the last 25-30 years,) came out of retirement fix this major problem. The greater Portland Vancouver area we'll miss him, he knows what and how to install class in older vehicles, he is extremely knowledgeable and just basically a wonderful human being. He came to my house to install a new windshield and weatherstripping. The job that Jan did installing the windshield was better than the factory job. He will be missed. Enjoy your retirement Jan . Purchased a new car last night, on my way home from the dealer I get a rock chip. Seriously! Totally stressed about it since its a brand new car!
First thing I did is called Hampton Auto Glass. Customer service was just great, very comforting and put me at ease. In and out in under 30 minutes and the car looks as good as new (chip filled to perfection.)

I cannot say enough good things about this business!! Very kind on the phone, gave me the best quote on my new windshield and stuck to it. Amazing customer service went above and beyond not only replacing my windshield but helping locate a leak and fixing the problem. Had to go back in for a rock chip repair (I have horrible windshield luck apparently) and once again experienced amazing, kind, quick service!! I will bring every car I have here and send every person I know here. Truly an amazing family owned business, it's obvious why they have been around for 30 years.

You almost never want to have to shop for auto glass but if you find yourself with a chipped or cracked windshield, I highly recommend Hampton Auto Glass.

They made a bad experience, broken windshield, into a good one. Not once but twice within 3 months I have at the mercy of some random object on the Interstate. The first time it was only a chip, a very large chip but they encouraged me to simply fix it in lieu of replacement. They could have made more money off of me but no, HONEST, kind people work at Hampton Auto Glass. With in 3 months I was back. This time something large had put a hole in the windshield and it truly needed replacing. They were amazing and even gave me a ride home while they worked and brought me back when they were done
