This place is next level! Not at all what I expected. I needed a windshield rubber seal replaced and that did it in no time. had a fun and engaging conversation with one of the owners and staff. They have gone above and beyond creating a waiting space that is warm, comfortable, and inviting. This is so nice to have when you need to wait.. especially during the work day. Nailed it!

We had a pretty large crack in our windshield from a rock chip. Kaizen offered a text to quote option. After a few questions they were able to give me an accurate quote as well as getting me on the schedule in a timely manner. The price was comparable and in some cases cheaper than other quotes we had recieved. The work was quick and quality was perfect. The employee was professional and nice. We would recommend Kaizen to anyone in need of window repair. Thank you guys for your great work!

Excellent company all-around. My car got broken into and I was stressed trying to get it replaced before going back to work. Kaizen was able to get my side window replaced the same day I contacted them. Seriously amazed at how easy they made the whole process. Communication over text was professional and timely. Great value, price was the cheapest out of the 3 places I got quotes from. They got everything done in an hour and even cleaned up all the broken glass. New window looks great! Highly recommend.

Lowest price in the area for having my windshield replaced. They replied to my request for a price quote over the weekend. They were available first thing Monday morning, a week sooner than other companies I reached out to. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. I was able to work remotely from the waiting area.

Oksana was wonderfully communicative and very understanding. Her and Danny were able to locate my windshield when no one else could and got me in as soon as it arrived. They had a very comfortable waiting room with refreshments and snacks. I was in and out within an hour. Will recommend them to anyone that needs repair or replacement of their windshield. Thank you.

Great work at a great price! Oksana was very communicative and got my s10 scheduled quickly. I had an annoying leak from the top of my windshield, they replaced the glass and sent me pictures of the rust from the pinch weld area during installation. Very helpful, very fast service, the after hours drop off and pickup are convenient.

They did a fantastic job on my 89 s10, including replacing the windshield, fixing rust underneath it and making my windshield seal look brand new again after years of sun-baked tape gunk hardened on it. I plan to bring my other vehicle back at a future time for a windshield replacement as well. 10/10 job. Technician was cool, waiting room was nice and had Netflix and refreshments available and comfortable seating.

John at Kaizen Auto Glass was the only shop in the PDX area that was willing to take on the glass replacement for my 1987 Porsche 944s. He did a great job future proofing it, was up front with me about the time it would take, and stuck by his quote. Any glass related issues I'll take to him in the future and I can't recommend him enough.
