CCAHope clinicians participate on many insurance panels and are available to accept insurance when medically indicated and consistent with a mutually defined treatment plan. Spiritual Direction is inviting a mature Christian mentor to help you explore and better understand your interior world. This process involves learning how to better cooperate with what the Holy Spirit is doing to transform you to become more like Jesus.
God desires that we have an accurate assessment of who we are as special creatures in his redemptive story. His goal for each of us in Christ is to become more like his Son. Our priority is client service, our hearts are in local church ministry, our mission is to serve the Kingdom of God, and our highest resource is the Word of God.
Over four decades ago, pastors and leaders from various Gospel-based churches prayed over the counseling needs of Christ followers in the Capital Region of upstate New York. God answered those prayers. The vision for a mental health service dedicated to an evangelical framework took shape. God's rich blessing has since been experienced in numerous restored lives, marriages, and families!
Seeking counsel is an important decision. The first appointment at CCAHope is an Initial Consultation. This appointment guides clients to describe current struggles as well as dreams, give relevant background and state goals. There is no obligation to continue with additional sessions. The intent is to provide recommendations regarding pastoral and professional treatment options.
All fields are required, so please fill them out to the best of your ability. Estimate where necessary. Your personal information will be kept confidential. How often do you spend time in private faith activities, such as prayer, personal worship, or Bible study? List all your children from your present, or any previous marriages, giving the following information on each child.

Place is a scam they denied us counseling saying the marriage had to be excellent to receive any counseling they are not true Christians as me and my husband been married 21 yrs begged them for help and they said we can't accept you guys into counseling do not fall for thier scam find another family or marriage counselor i felt scammed and upset as we begged for their guidance i believe they just do intakes for money thay should be ashamed to call themselves a Christian counseling

I emailed on a Sat. Contact Monday after 4 pm. Discussion led quickly into money, insurance. Not one word about content of my email and issue I was dealing with. She calls me back next day for credit card info, told her I decided against it. Her quote " We're you going to bother to call me and tell me that?" Please look around for other avenues. Surprised my church supports this place.

CCA has some amazing staff! Just wanted to express gratitude to the Fasts and thank you for leading an organization that helped us get essential healing in our lives so we can be more of what Jesus has designed for us to be! Special shout out to John Avallone-Serra and Carla Winner. Another special thing Jean Fast did once was to speak to our church youth volunteers and it was really helpful as I still remember important things she shared with us about mental health. It gives me great pleasure to write this review for one of the finest companies in the Capital District area of New York, Christian Counseling Associates (CCA). During my 40 years in the workforce, I have rarely met another company with the level of expertise, sincere caring and passion to serve as CCA. My first introduction to CCA was shortly after my mother died in 2007. I met the practice manager who wears several hats which includes grief counseling. It was a very challenging time to say the least. I was the major care giver and power of attorney to make all the decisions for my mother's end

This place is a scam!!! I cant believe these people feed off of God fearing faithful Christians. Do not give these people your credit card number because they will not only bill your insurance but they will also charge your credit card without authorization. What a joke I cant even believe these people are still in business. For a "Christian business" the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful as well. I guess you cant trust anybody these days.
