After a terrible experience at a different salon, Michelle literally moved mountains to make room for me to correct the mess. Deb was so professional and fun to chat with! The salon was very clean and they were following all protocols for COVID. Including getting an updated barbicide certificate to ensure staff were trained on Covid sanitation measures.

Never a disappointment ! Five years later and Michelle Murphy keeps my hair at it's best.

I went to roots for the first time today. I had a bad hair cut at a different salon and was in need of some hair loving. Karen was my stylist, and she did an amazing job. She was very sweet, and walked me through everything she was doing. After all I was a little nervous after my hair experience at the other salon. She was very knowledgeable and made my hair look amazing. I would highly recommend her!

Love this salon. My first time here and it's gorgeous! Clean, spacious, and warm. The staff there are very welcoming and the owner Michelle was nice to come over and welcome me. Karen is my stylist and will forever be my stylist. She is so talented and literally is a color genius. She will take the time to discuss the plan of color and cut for your hair and will help you through the process. She is realistic and will tell you what will and will not work. I started out deepest darkest brown and wanted almost white blonde. She expertly told me that it will be a process and did not go straight

I have very long hair and some stylists usually are a little shy about trimming my ends so they'll leave some dry ends behind or they just go overboard, but trying a new place is always scary. I came here and received outstanding customer service and got a wash, great trim and style. They were able to squeeze me in, right before thanksgiving. It's a little pricey but it's worth it.

Lauren S at Salon O is the best is and very friendly she also does nails and let me say she is a true master of her craft. She does her best to get you in and is very honest about what looks great. You can show her a picture of a haircut or color and she matches it to a t.

Allison rocks. Let's face it. I have tried so many high end salons in the past and been deeply disappointed and often times confused at the end results. Allison knows exactly what I like every time and I leave beyond happy.

I think it's smart for a blonde to maybe get their hair done by another blonde. Blondes have a tricky time maintaining and achieving the color and tone they are looking for. Allison is an expert in blondes and always goes above and beyond in making my 8 week highlight sessions perfection.

I go to Heather once a month for a hair cut, I have never been dissapointed. She is excellent and listens to what you want. I always get compliments on my hair after leaving. Thank you Heather you are the best.

I followed my stylist Dori to this salon and I can't say enough about how awesome she is. She is the only stylist I have had that will really tell you what styles will or won't look goiod on you based on your type of hair. I previously brought pictures to other stylists and they wouldn't be honest with me and say that my hair was too thick, curly, etc, for those types of styles. Dore really knows what will work and she does an amazing job with color too! The salon itself is nicely decorated too and has ample stations for hair styling as well as nail services.

I was in the area today and found Ovation on yelp. I was in luck--they could take me for eyebrow waxing right away with Lori. Lori gave me hands-down the best eyebrows of my life. She knew exactly what to do with my thick, coarse eyebrows to get an elegant shape without waxing much off at all. I will definitely make the trip (all the way) from N. Prov to go to Lori again.
