My boyfriend wanted a haircut before Christmas so I recommended him here as I’ve been going here for the past 3 years or so and have always had a good experience. To both of our unpleasant surprise, the stylist was not only 30 minutes late to see him but she was not acting in her right mind. She was swaying back and forth WHILE cutting his hair with a razor in her hand, eyes glazed over, speaking incoherently and acting delirious. She mentioned to him that she fell before work but denied hitting her head. He asked her repeatedly if she was okay as did another customer in the salon. The most disturbing

I have been a loyal client to Jacklyn for over 3 years now. I have curly/wavy hair which I feel many stylists have not understood how to cut. Jacklyn knocked it out of the park with the devacut in my first appointment, and I have not been to anyone else since. I could not speak more highly about my experience with her at Capelli Salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality
I get my hair done here all the time, 10/10. I also got my eyebrows done here and they did an amazing job. Just the wax is very hot, the lady that did it didn’t wait for it to get warm. I do not have sensitive skin, so it didn’t bother me, but I wouldn’t recommend getting your eyebrows done here if heat bothers your face! 9/10
