Customer service is lazy. Been coming here for almost a year and they ask me if my guest has been signed in before they are always signed in and then they say my guest wasn’t in the system. Someone isn’t doing there job right it’s getting aggravating having the same guest have to sign wavers.

I like the gym, but the beginning of the year the resolution crowd comes in, and basically makes it difficult to get a complete work out ( crowding around machines, sitting using their phones, rude behavior, no gym etiquette at all.) Come May they're gone, just like their resolution. Good riddance!

I have been going to Xist for 3 years and out of the numerous gyms I have went to, this gym is by far my favorite. The staff are always super friendly and build relationships with their members. The upkeep of the gym is always well taken care of, they do monitor the equipment to make sure everything is in order and functioning properly. Tanning beds are nice. They also have a wide variety of machines and offer classes that are awesome! Let's not forget the atmosphere is always pleasant too. If you're not going here, why not?!

My husband and I have been trying to cancel our membership and they will not let us. We tried calling and came up in person. They want us to pay them for a month of service that we will not be using. We have never gone there since we signed up and we are not going to. This to me is taking advantage of us and fraud. We have had to close our cards due to their poor quality of customer service.

Do to work/school schedule I have to go during the peak times (4-6 pm time frame). Can be hard to get a certain machine or rack/bench for squats or bench press but you just learn to switch up the order of workouts or substitute in other exercises when something isn’t available. Overall great place, everyone’s kind and respectful, and for the price, a solid place to lift.

Overall, meh. I've been going to this gym for a few years and over time have noticed that it has a few problems.
The space is not very well utilized (at least at the Arnold location). When a class is going on there is virtually no space for patrons to stretch or do mat-based exercises. From what I understand, there used to be a separate room for classes but the gym prioritized childcare rather than exercise space.
The gym could also benefit from better cleaning. In the space where classes take place I will often find a lot of grime and dirt while I stretch or do exercises. I see this consistently

Wow best experience ever had with a gym they treated me with so much care. They made sure I was doing my exercises safely. They work hard on cleaning the places and they move very quickly to get people processed. The staff tonight was so nice and understanding. I will recommend all of my gym friends to move over to this gym over here. The price is great. Again the staff work so hard and we see it compared to other gyms in the area.

A friend suggested them so I tried them out. They have a $10.00 plan but I went with the $20.00 a month plan bc I can bring a guest whenever I want and tanning beds included with that price. They have a good amount of weight/exercise machines. Wish they had a few more free weights but can't have it all for what they charge. Staff is super friendly and the other members seem nice as well. I would definitely recommend Xist Fitness.

Here it is:
- great quality and selection of weight lifting equipment...one of the top gyms in town in that respect
- cardio equipment is the opposite...poorly maintained, selection pretty basic, not the best stuff to begin with
- it's incredibly affordable...$10/month
- not surprisingly (at that price), the service is average and cleanliness and upkeep is minimal
- they do offer tanning beds, drinks, protein bars, etc.
- solid clientele

Terrible company. I called to cancel my membership and was refused. They want me to go through the hoop of sending a certified letter "for my protection". What crap, that's just a delay tactic. I paid my bill on time every month for years and they can't even do the right thing when requested. There's no reason to require a letter other than to keep billing someone who has requested cancellation.

I love this gym. It is clean, the staff members are always happy and so helpful, and it is open on the weekends until 8pm. The only drawback is the squat racks (only two) are hard to get into some evenings.

Went in to cancel my membership after they wouldn't allow my husband too. We had signed up on the same card to be auto debited. They tell me I have a balance which is confusing because he is there daily and has no balance. My card was being declined due to it expiring, they apparently got a new card from him and ignored my account and let it just build up over this time without informing me. Both of our accounts came off the first card so why would they just let mine accumulate and not call me, send me a notice, nothing. When they redid his they could see mine had the same thing and said nothing

The gym itself was fine for the price, but when it came to canceling the membership since I was moving out of town, the staff's attitude towards me completely changed. After you cancel the membership, you still have a month left to workout since you pay the first and last month's membership fees upfront. After I cancelled and was on my final month, somehow they downgraded my membership to the most basic level even though I paid for a higher tier and I had to have them fix that. When you cancel you also cannot check yourself in anymore and you have to have the staff check you in. One last

The gym itself is really nice, and for the price it's unreal. I'm beyond happy with the club itself. However, for the price don't expect to have much access to anything . It seems to me like every single TEENAGER comes in with his little justin Beiber buddies . I'm sooooo fed up with these crowds of teenage boys just TAKING UP SPACE, crowding around the equipment, thinking they know what they're doing, and to top it off... Daddy buys them the membership where they can bring a stupid guest every day, and they do. I wish the management would limit guests to only adults over

No sign-in contract and the price is hard to beat. They have cardio machines and weights separated and also have a tanning package if you wish to purchase. The machines are pretty new but there are a few times when a couple of them are down (especially the cardio) which is usually resolved quickly. They also have a theater that plays different movies, but gets rather hot after a while. The gym doesn't smell like a gym (most of the time) and a majority of it is pretty clean.

Some issues I have: Parking. IT'S HORRIBLE during rush hour (3-8ish). Also having to wait for machines when the

Just joined X-ist on Wednesday. The first thing I needed to do was squats. I politely asked a very large bald man if I could use it next. He quickly turned to me and shoved me to the ground and hit me with his water bottle...I'm too afraid to go back again

In case you can't place where this is, it used to be Gold's Gym. It's across from Ronnie's Plaza and in the same plaza as the newest Joey B's, FroYo, El Maguey, and Roberto's Trattoria. I've never been a huge gym person, but this works for me. For one thing, it's super duper close to my house, but for another it's $9.99/month. There aren't classes, but there is certainly everything I could possibly need to work out. It's connected to a TanCo and you can upgrade your membership to include tanning/mystic, whatever, but I'm not exactly

A few months ago I bought a Groupon for spray tans and now I'm hooked! This particular Tan Company is close to home and just installed a new Mystic Tan HD system which is even better than the old one! Obviously, it is very popular because I had a 30ish minute wait on a Friday night at 8pm. I do not have any experience with the actual beds, but there are tons of them and the place seems clean. I know the Mystic room always is. The staff at the front are always friendly and willing to answer any questions and offer suggestions. No one has ever been super pushy or tried to up-sell me as often
