I have co-managed several clients with Cory over the past year and I can't speak highly enough of him. As a sports chiropractor, our fields overlap quite a bit. Booty Builders is a circuit style training in Chesterfield. It's a way to condition your body using endurance training, resistance exercises, and high-intensity aerobics. By completing a series of exercises, or a "circuit", you'll get an intense, targeted workout -- and then you get a short rest and do it again.

I have used both Tullock Fitness in-person and while traveling through their fitness app. Best experience! When in person, it's a great one-on-one training session and challenges you to push beyond what you though you could do and ensures your form is correct every rep. When online, the program is tailored to you and what you have available. I was in a hotel gym, and he made a workout plan based on that equipment and my fitness level. I have enjoyed working with Cory at Tullock Fitness. He is very professional and a great communicator. I have had many ?’s on my fitness journey and he answers me quickly and in a very friendly manner. I came from an athletic background but was currently at a scary and very unhealthy point in my life. I have a long way to go, but Cory has built a plan catered to my current abilities and pushed me to get stronger and healthier each week. I wasn’t sure what all I would be able to do being this big, but he adapted workouts and exercises to fit my current level. I truly enjoyed training with Corey this year. I was not new to weight lifting but I learned so much each session. Corey made me feel confident while pushing me to do my best. I am 73 y/o & have been going to Corey for the past 6 months. For the many years, I have been consistent with aerobic exercise & some self managed weight training. Since coming to Corey, I have greatly increased my muscle strength, as well as endurance & overall energy level. As a bonus, I have lost 10 lbs & been taken off BP medication. Highly recommend!

You know, I have had a few trainers over the years. While they were good and effective, I have never met one like . I am an analytical IT person and thus like to understand the why and how things work. Cory explains things in a way that makes sense and gives the why and how to do those things. I have been a customer of Tullock Fitness & Performance since the end of July. At the beginning, I could barely maintain balance on one foot or lift a weight. Today I can dead lift 70 pounds, and I’m learning to bench press. Mind you I am 67 years old and have osteoarthritis in all major joints. Cory is patient, and will stop when my joints… have had enough, but he will push me to do my best every session. I would recommend Cory to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer. I've been working with Cory for over a year. I've met my first goal of losing 15 lbs. and now we're working on the next 15. Cory is compassionate and encouraging, he helped me keep on track when I was out of commission for about 6 weeks after a surgery. I taught him when he was 11 now he teaches me. The science behind training has changed dramatically over the years. My son is well educated in the latest safest techniques to enhance your abilities to function with out pain. I which I had him down here to train me and my clients. They do too. You could get stronger, leaner, and move more freely… once he has trained you. Your range of motion will increase, your ability to go through your daily life without pain will also increase.
