I lived in Jamestowne apartments from 1999-2003. After being there for about a year and half I saw mice and roaches they even ended on the news for raw sewage bubbling up and running down the hill into North Bend Rd. Customer service was horrible back than as well. We had to go to court to get windows installed which they did in the middle of winter for 2 days. My neighbor had a water leak that ran into my apartment out of the ceiling into my kitchen. They blamed the neighbor for the leak and evicted them, the leak was due to a toilet that would not stop running. The carpet was wet and they would

This place is a gem. The entire staff is amazing and very welcoming. Their new homes are lovely, very well thought of and I love the washer and dryer. I plan on moving in over the summer, but already looked at the homes and loved them. I have read the reviews on line, but I am not sure they are 100% correct. I have never had an issue and i have friends that live there and love it. They speak very highly of the office and maintenance team. I am excited to move.

the only good that came out of this place was/is FRESHIYA she is the only person who cares about the well being of the residents. She goes above and beyond but can only do but so much with the team or should I say lack of team that is provided to her.

Spacious unit with lots of closet space!!!!
The unit is very spacious and the rooms are great size. I were able to get my King size furniture into my unit and still have more space. There’s a lot of closet and storage room as well. Mrs. Lisa has been working really hard to change somethings around. She’s great when it comes to getting maintenance done in the unit as well. I explained everything that was going on and she had everything completed ASAP! Great place to live and the rent is super reasonable for the amount of space you get!

After owning my own home for 15 years and deciding to down size due to a divorce. I was very apprehensive about looking for an apartment home to consider. When i first spoke with Ms. Dian she was very warm and welcoming and helped me to feel at eaze in this very new process for me. The town home that she showed me was very lovely and i appreciate Ms. Dian takng her time and answering every question that i asked. I am excited for this new adventure in my life and to call Jamestown my home, with such professional and helpful staff

Good Afternoon, I know it’s been a while but I must say I am still in WOW SHOCKER MODE! KEITH WATKINS help me choose the BEST place to live (JAMESTOWN ) I must add. I been looking for a townhome for the longest but I got so frustrated and so overwhelmed with last minute personal things. Listen when looking for a new place to live can be very stressful but when I met Keith Watkins, let me tell you he was very attentive and responsive to what I’m looking for. He is the best that Jamestowne Apartments and Townhomes have on staff. Trust me you won’t be disappointed in the help that he gives. Honestly , this place truly needs the leasing agent they have and that would be Keith ! From the time I’ve moved into these homes he has been far past amazing . His great customer service is consistent and genuine and he gets the job done . It is always a joy to call and here he is in office . I’ve called him many of days multiple times a day and he has always assisted me with patience and kindness . If you are looking to move here PLEASE ask for Keith ! He will not disappoint. He has made my stay here the best . From maintenance needs to emergencies he is on top of it . Couldn't be more lease

After a month of emails, and a rather appalling customer service experience for a new customer, I'll leave the pictures of the state of my unit (to which I'm moving in today, and was supposed to be serviced before my arrival) do the talking about this place. Judge yourselves, it's too late for me since I already signed the lease, but you can save yourselves.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention the stove and dish washer were being installed at 1:30pm even though they have known about me moving in for over 2 months.
