Lived here for 2 years and had no issues, but once I moved out they slammed my credit for $600 for “carpet and cleaning” I cleaned apartment from top to bottom and have video proof and still put these negative and false allegations on my credit report! Be careful once moving out and make sure you keep your proof! They will keep your deposit and trash your credit if you’re not careful!

Infested with roaches, drains infested with gnats, fruit flies, creatures.. maintenance man is no help at all. he will come point at things and say "yeah that's broken" then leaves and never fixes it. bug dude can't do anything about your bugs because the maintenance will leave your doors with gaps and leave you with unsealed windows (door wide open for creatures). maintenance is rude and lazy, just show up to get paid for doing nothing.. sheesh, i'm sure i can do a better job than they can with 0 experience. maintenance has left bags of trash/bugs in front of our apartment. maintenance boy welcomes

The apartment itself is okay, a bit smaller than I’d expect for over $1,000 a month, but not bad. However, I was moved into a unit that’s infested with cockroaches. That made for a very stressful and anxious moving weekend, on top of the usual stress of moving. I wish better care was taken to ensure the unit was ready to be moved in to. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone because I would hate for someone I know or care about to have the same issue.

Manager that was there was rude. Denied my husband's application is why we had to move out. He had two felonies credit card abuse and theift of material. Recent one was three years ago. But they let druggies and other felones stay there. The mantiance wouldn't do anything about my bathroom ceiling leaking until it got bad enough where we couldn't even use that one bathroom. We found one dead beadbug and we were billed $800 for the spraying for one spray.they didn't inspect my apartment before of after they sprayed. (We inspected the whole apartment and washed everything) The apartment manager said

Krystal Flores is a horrible management representative for the face of Parkway Villas. She's very rude, unprofessional, and her people skills definitely need some readjusting. She'll definitely be the reason I won't recommend Parkway to anyone. P.S. Mark the maintenance was always nice and welcoming.
