All pickup times, transport times, and dates quoted are estimates. Each transport will differ based on the carrier's schedule, weather, road conditions, traffic and other natural events. The following are approximate time frames to help you have an idea of what to expect. Anything from the east side of the United States (Florida) side let's say to the west coast (California) side - it takes anywhere from 5-14 days; Midwest to East Coast - approx.
The driver just called and is already in my area, picking up our car with in the hour. Christian came through for me on very short notice and I greatly appreciate his efforts. The other company that I booked with had my request for over a week, with no feedback. Christian was very professional, upfront, and honest.

TOTAL SCAM! Took my $1600 and never picked up my vehicle. Keeps telling me he will give me a refund, but still hasn't done it. Its been a month now and I had to get my car on my own and I still haven't seen a refund. Guy is an absolute thief and should be in jail!

BEWARE!! of this phony transport company! Hired Rene Anthony on June 30th, and he guaranteed pickup between July 5th thru 7th. He charged my AMEX card three times ($7,200) over the course of two weeks and never showed up to pick up my car. I had to file a dispute w/ AMEX, and Rene never returned my calls or texts. DO NOT hire this company under any circumstances! BEWARE!!

Should have listened to the reviews!! This broker works with transport companies that should not be in business.First carrier tried to extort more money before they picked up my car and tried to tell me when they would pickup my car. Paid for enclosed carrier which was supposed to be put on one truck and removed from same truck at destination. My Car was on 3 different trucks and in 2 different warehouse before I received my car. DON"T use this broker totally unprofessional.

Alan Ortega did an outstanding job! The communication and customer service exceeded my expectations. I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle frequently and my vehicle was transported on time and in perfect condition. I spoke to these people Thursday afternoon about possibly booking a shipment and he said if I let him know by Friday morning he could get my 2 vehicles picked up Friday. I called first thing Friday morning to go ahead and book shipping. By Friday evening the cars had not been picked up and storage fees were about to start accumulating. After getting lied to and scammed by many other brokers, I noticed that a review on Yelp said that South Beach Transport was honest and upfront for all costs. I responded to a call from Alex and he gave me the truth about my tentative pick up date and drop off date. He gave me the best and worse case scenarios and his out-of-office phone, promising to always return a missed call. He answered calls as late as 8:30pm, and was a great communicator.

Alan Ortega and South Beach Transport was great!! This was my second time transporting a vehicle cross country and the company we used ten years ago we had a lot of complaints (car was dirty and had greasy fingers prints all over the headliner, not to mention getting their insurance to pay for damages). Alan was professional and courteous and was always available for questions and I had many. The driver called and scheduled a pick up appointment and was on time. Honestly, Don't waste your time here. If I could give 0 stars I would. You'll receive many lies just to win your business. First off I called this company about 2 weeks in advance and actually signed a contract a week before my pickup date. After signing through at least 3 different contracts up until my broker decided he should drop his broker fees from $175 to $100 and increase my pay to hopefully get a driver it was still too late. He on two occasions assured me there was a driver and that it would get picked up after i emphasized my doubts.

Natalie and Nicole are the best! These two ladies are on top of their business at South Beach Transport. We contacted them on a Saturday evening in February for a potential need of a transport from Texas to Colorado. Not only did they give us a very competitive quote, they gave us full details of what to expect during the next few days. On Monday we finalized our purchase, on Tuesday, Valentines Day, they called with our transport driver name, contact info and full details of pick up and delivery.
