I needed a place to stay for a night, and I chose here because it appeared comfortable. When I got to my room, all I wanted to do was take a hot shower after working all day. There were two issues:
1. No hot water
2. There were ants in my room!
I immediately called the front desk, but there is no answer. I left them a voicemail but never received the call back. The next day I asked the front desk and all they said was sorry. I sent an email to customer service and all they did was refund me $35 and stopped communications all together. I definitely feel that I was not treated the same as the

Today my sister and I went in for our first massage ever. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming making us feel very at ease. The changing room and shower area is very nice and provides small things one may need to become comfortable before a massage. Whatever shampoo & conditioner they have has my hair so soft lol. The lounge space is inviting with a relaxing soft glow affect and many private places to sit, such as lounge chairs with curtains that can be drawn. They offer dry fruit and something else in a bowl I took no interest in xD. Fruit water and ingredients for tea are offered too. The music

This place was pretty amazing. Located close to the interstate and the Villages for easy access to both. Definitely not your regular hotel. The western/ranch theme is consistent throughout the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The pool is very nice and relaxing. I would recommend this place to others
