Services
The customer service is phenomenal! They have become my home away from home. I love to stay here when I just need a breather. The staff always makes sure you have whatever you need.

Lovely hotel for a stop in Ocala. Traffic Sunday after Christmas 2021 was terrible going from Miami to the state border especially on i75. Exhausted we stopped at cracker barrell and decided to rest nearby. There are a dozen hotels in the area, and the reviews said clean, comfy, 2 star boutique. Absolutely right! Room had a tub converted to shower bathroom, nice vessel sinks, and plastic key cards. The only complaint I have isn't their fault... the interstate was loud! You could hear the racing cars, the loud car crash, and sirens as though we were front row spectators after dark.

We had a great stay at Equus inn hotel.
The rooms were clean and big. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds.
It has a small coffee machine, fridge and security box.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet separate from the sinks.
The customer service was very good.
The hotel has parking and free breakfast.
There is a pool but it was closed. They had a great fireplace and small cascade where you can gather.

Driving from Idaho to south Florida... needed a place in Ocala. The Equus Inn was a fantastic experience... and a big improvement of the Super8 or Hampton Inn competition we've been sleeping in. The rooms were spotless and modern. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend. And will come back next time we come through Ocala...

We had a fantastic five night stay at Equus Inn. The room was super clean, with all amenities a person could need. I enjoyed the Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as hand soap. The beds were soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Our front desk clerk Brittany was a delight! The breakfast each morning was fantastic....eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, yogurt/cereal/danishes, fruit, juice and milk and coffee. Everything a person could want and it tasted fantastic! The rooms are all recently remodeled and very attractive. The only things

Cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Not a hair anywhere or a spec of dust. Brand new, modern decor with wood floors and Bahamian shutters. Fridge, microwave and safe, double sinks, river rock shower floor with a rain shower and mounted shampoo/conditioner and shower gel from Bath & Body Works. They went all out, really. I hope they’re able to maintain it this way. Nice pool area with cushioned loungers, barbecue/fire pit gazebo and water fountain feature with more seating. The lobby/breakfast area was modern, new and spotless. Pamela and Daisy were welcoming and delightful. Breakfast was bagged

Pro: Nice Remodeled rooms & lobby. Very clean inside room & bathroom. Spacious rooms. Well decorated. Front desk was very helpful, quick & kind.
Con: Too much light in the room at night though….they really really need a curtain on the window in the room. The lights outside shine all night & it makes it difficult to fall asleep. Bed linens had a slight odor but they were clean.

Was promised a king suite for our 2 week stay. After arriving we got a regular king room. 2 days later we were told our suite was ready. Got to that room and it was a QUEEN HANDICAPPED suite. Was told that I would have a king suite on Sunday June 20th. The suite is mysteriously now out of order. We had another reservation for a regular queen suite since our is handicapped, that was also canceled we were told the general manager Christi Edward's canceled it. They are refusing to give us a king suite like we were promised because they can make more money renting it out nightly and at a regular

Booked this on hotels tonight. Got in extremely late and the young man at the desk was extremely and unnecessarily rude. Took some time to figure out my booking.. and he just was unpleasant and unfriendly for no reason. The pictures on hotels tonight are of an updated hotel.. that was not my experience.. the room while clean ish smelled extremely strongly of cleaning product or spilled cologne( so much that sleeping was difficult) and was pretty dated and gross. I had to unplug the mini fridge because perhaps the cooling unit is dying but it made a whining sound that was extremely loud. I can&apos
