Recently moved in. For the price you pay you’re getting jipped. No real laundry facility. One washer/dryer per BUILDING! So many critters and bugs flow into the apartment regardless of what you do. Im trying to have patience until my lease is up but this is crazy.
At this point the cockroaches need to be paying my rent with the way they’re tap dancing into my apartment.
DON’T MOVE HERE. Trust me smh.

I have lived here two months and I can’t believe how horrible it is! So expensive and ya looks nice until you live here. Pipes leaking everywhere! They said they can’t find the leak. And the fixed the one by my kitchen table only to find my ceiling fell down after a couple of weeks! I think they lie just so they don’t have to fix the actual leaks. I used to work for a water damage/restoration company and I now work for a construction company. These living conditions are unhealthy, unethical, and unacceptable.

Don’t trust them. I left a review and these people took it down because they don’t want to look bad. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one who’s post got taken down. Two out of the three Laundry machines are broken in our complex, meaning laundry has to be dragged up and down stairs and between buildings. And the place just SMELLS, every hallway reeks like pee. I was told when we moved in that the laundry would be fixed, it’s been 6 months, I’m leaving for school and they STILL haven’t done anything.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!! This is the worst place I have ever lived and I was stuck living there for 3-4 years because they up your rent sometimes a hundred or more dollars per month at the renewal of your lease. I moved in when it was $950 for 1 bedroom and by the time I moved out it costsomething like $1260 per month. Moved from ground floor to the second floor in a completely different building and the problems followed. First floor problems were: Spiders so many spiders. I was killing 20 or so per day! Then there were mice, small snake in the livingroom from the flood

Reading reviews I pulled back suggestion my son look at these apartments. They need to replace the washing machines and dryers for sure. Only good reviews were 3 or 4 years ago.Wondering if it's under new management .
I dont see management responding to complaints and people letting us know things improved.
To bad it looks really nice and great that heat is included.

My friend lives on first floor and the complex’s are nice and maintenance are nice people but under staffed. My friend has had soo much issues with insects and rats since thanksgiving 2020, after buying so many products to help and so many calls to the pest control. All the management can say it was it is what it is because you’re on first floor. Now I have other friends who are on first floor at other apartment buildings and never had they’ve experienced what he experiences; their management Cares for the first floor tenants because they know about the types of damages insects and rodents
