Lewis began her insurance career in 1995, as an account manager with Tri County Insurance, but her passion for sales led her to CoWest where she could be a full time producer in 1997. In 1998, the prior owner asked Lewis to take on additional responsibilities in the corporate office as the IT Director, office manager for the corporate office as well as the CoWest Affiliate liaison.

I don't know about the other reviews here, but CoWest handles all of our commercial insurance needs. We have numerous policies for all of our business and real estate needs. We have worked with Stacie, Erin and Jim and ALL have been absolutely wonderful! They've been attentive and detail oriented. Would absolutely refer anyone to them!

I have used Paula Quinney for several years for my Homeowners and Auto Policy. She has always been very responsive to any request and helpful. She even called to let me know the carrier was showing that I had missed several payments. We had auto deductions already set up and it ended up not being a problem at all. I appreciated her calling to make sure were OK.

One lousy agency. Sonya Collins is utterly useless agent. After selling us entire package of policies (auto, home, umbrella etc) she disappeared and never responded to my phone calls or emails. Some one else at the agency was able to make policy changes during a year for me. Sonya re-appeared 1 year later upon renewal, just to notify us that premiums have gone up 35% "because the company decided to raise them". 2 weeks after renewal we decided to make a few changes to our policies and Sonya did not respond to our emails or phone calls for weeks! 7 weeks later I called the agency and demanded
