You never worry about your insurance until you need it, and recently my mother in law was in a car accident. She is insured with Mt Carmel Agency, but didn't have a current card in her vehicle. I was able to reach Mt Carmel after hours from the side of the road and they instantly sent current insurance cards for the police report. I just wanted to say wow! Amazing customer service. I lost hope in Allstate, I got a new car and have been struggling with them for 4 days just to get a quote and full coverage on my car. Within 2 hours Lisa Mayberry got me full coverage and personally delivered my proof of insurance to my work! She was wonderful and kind and had me laughing . thank you so much for everything , I was terrified not having coverage on my new vehicle . Lisa Mayberry is the best !
